GENERATION II SUPER TREADMILL: This is our most utilized piece of equipment. It can run speeds from 0 to 28 mph and inclines from 0-40%. Research shows that incline running recruits the muscles responsible for acceleration 2 to 3 times more than running level at the same stride frequency. You will have no choice but to get faster
PLYO FLOOR:The Plyo Floor is a cushioned floor that promotes explosive movements and especially quick and accurate multi-dirrectional trainng. It is the perfect tool for improving coordination, stability, vertical jump and 1st-step quickness.
PLYO PRESS 625 III: allows you to train for explosive power below and above body weight, using an exclusive loading pattern that minimizes stress on your joints and back while maximizing explosive performance. You safely build leg strength and quickness. This machine will optimize the drive power of each leg during running, not to mention vertical jump explosion.
PRO MULTI-HIP: improves the strength of key muscles of the abdominals and hips, important but often-overlooked muscles that are essential for improved performance. It accommodates athletes from 5-foot to 7-foot tall, and resistance can be set from less than 15 pounds for lateral movement patterns, to 375 pounds for dynamic power movements.
RESISTANCE CORDS: make you produce more force at game speed velocities, whether you are hitting, throwing, running or jumping. Our patented SprintCords, KickingCords, ThrowingCords and PowerCords provide effective loads without changing your movement patterns. Your muscles must react with more power to handle the load. POWER RACKS: we have two full size, NFL specified power racks with barbells and plates, along with two power platforms for explosive lifting movements. All this compliments a Strength Pro Software that has lifting routines and protocols specified for every single official sport there is.
TRACK: our track covers a total of 55 yards from wall-to-wall and we (of course) have lines marked off for the 40 yd dash, as well as markers at 10, 20, and 30yds.
