John was extremely compassionate and helpful when my mother passed away. They had everything under control and it was such a weight off our shoulders that we didn't have to worry about the details.

My sisters and I found the staff at Arnold Funeral Home to be exactly what we needed and MORE. John, the owner, and his team guided us every step along the way, assisting us to plan our Mother's funeral from beginning to end just like Mom would have wanted. There were some funny moments during this difficult time, which was deeply appreciated and made our experience with them so memorable. My sisters and I will not forget the compassion we were showed and truthfully they made us feel like family. Thank you!

John literally took care of every detail for our father's funeral in a few phone calls for our family. Impressed with Arnold Funeral home is an understatement! At a time when compassion, understanding and communication is of utmost importance, John and staff got the job done, and I would recommend them to anyone needing these types of services in Stark County. Thank you all again for making a very sad day a whole lot less stressful. Everything was beautiful for my Father's final farewell.

Funerals suck, but John made this one suck less. It is nice to be able to relate to someone in the funeral business. My husband had to set up the slide show and John had everything ready to go. We didn't need to run to bestbuy to grab a cord. The funeral home is adorable. They had a great coffee supply and their restrooms were clean. The service ran smoothly and the sound was great.

Our experience with John Jr was met with nothing but understanding and listening ears to all of our expectations. We are a very detailed kind of family and he worked with us hand in hand to make everything we wanted.... happen. They are extremely accommodating and genuine. Arnold Funeral completely surpassed all of our expectations!! Comparable to other funeral homes in costs but the services exceeded all other funeral homes I have seen to date. The facility is beautiful and comfortable. Staff handled all end of life paperwork which cut out the stress. The staff was absolutely amazing, they were so thoughtful and went above and beyond for my mothers services. The way they prepared my mother for her funeral was absolutely breathtaking. We were astonished by the quality, expertise, and meticulous detail. She has been very sick and you would have never been able to tell because they did perfect. It was her, perfect just like her normal self. Such a great business to work with to navigate through such a difficult transition.

John Arnold and his staff are all excellent. They are very caring and accommodating. We have had several services with them and they always go beyond expectations.

Called to ask a question on 2/17 and woman one the phone couldn’t have been more rude. Answered HELLLLLOOOOO like I was bothering them. Take your business to a place that has care and compassion during a time of grief, not these rude people!
