We offer capoeira classes for all ages and skill levels. Also check out our dance classes, monthly rodas and our annual "Journey to Brazil" Summer Camp for kids ages 5-10 too!"

Mestre Varal is a kind, dedicated, knowledgable, and skillful capoeirista who deeply cares for every single person who comes in the door. Professora Harmonia is a strong, sensitive, talented and caring capoeirista who brings so much experience and laughter everywhere she goes. Everyone in class is welcoming and respectful. I would HIGHLY recommend that you bring your kids and yourself to learn with these incredible leaders!

This class is amazing, fun music and capoeira!! You can watch your kids while they're doing their class too! My kids love this activity.
The Family that runs this business couldn't be nicer. My daughters instructor is very caring and patient. Even the other students are inviting and helpful.
Great gym, i definitely recommend picking up this sort of martial art, especially for those passive types. Capoeira is more then Just fight or self defense.
