Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, Mack Brown joined the Marine Corps at 18 years old and soon became interested in physical fitness. During his last 9 months of duty in the Corps, Mack worked in special services where he had the honor of assisting other Marines in achieving the highest score possible on their physical fitness tests (PFT’s) In order to advance to the next fitness level.
After the Corps, Mack began training clients in Newport Beach, California. Upon experiencing the positive effects of helping one of his first clients lose 100+ pounds in 18 months, Mack continued to successfully introduce hundreds of individuals to fitness. In 1999 Mack opened BodyMack Fitness.
