Ashley Furniture Outlet

We bought our furniture from Ashley furniture two years ago. It’s durablend. We love our coach and love seat we have a protection plan on them through furniture care that Ashley furniture had us purchase. The protection plan is worthless the people at the furniture care place our rude and don’t follow there own contract. The damage is cover on both pieces but they won’t fix it and don’t even return call or emails. It is really disappointing that we had such a great experience with the Ashley furniture and now we are dealing with there horrible protection plan company.

My Sales person was Selvin and he was awesome! For this to be an "outlet" store, they're a little expensive. I hadn't planned on buying anything, the day I went in, I just wanted to see what they had. Selvin was so nice, & informative, that I went ahead and ordered two bedroom sets.

Gotta watch out with the outlet store! Just because you cant find what's wrong with it and they wont tell you, it doesnt mean theres nothing wrong with it. I've seen so many flaws from wobbly furniture, cracked wood internally, crooked furniture that does open doors properly and they just give it a minor discount.

Terrible. Sales person told us one price and then the person doing checkout said another. The manager wouldn't honor it and didn't once apologize or make any contact with us. This is the absolute worst place. It makes car dealerships look golden. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. GO TO FELDKAMPS, AARON'S, ETC

Don’t trust this store, the sales person will tell you one price and you get hit with a different price at checkout; then they blame it on the sales person. When we got home we realized our order wasn’t even right and had to go back! The manager and most of the store is unprofessional even to military personnel! Save yourself a headache

Friendly staff very limited furniture and their online catalog could be organized better with prices since they had to check on another computer at another part of the store for prices after writing the part number

Sales staff just a bit too pushy for me. Decent furniture. Decent prices.

because they are always there to help but the down side is it is expensive and they only offer delivery once a week and if you missed that day you will get your furniture the week after

Just got my new couch and they have fantastic delivery employees if I could put 20 I would.
