Yeah, I had a great experience at the Grand Junction Furniture Row with Diego and his sales team! They have been nothing but helpful and very responsive on keeping me up-to-date on my order, making sure everything’s as I was expecting it to be. Would definitely shop here again and definitely recommend to my friends and family!
Jeremy English was awesome, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us during our purchase, couch delivery was fast and efficient, I would definitely check them out!
We live in South Carolina and needed to get furniture delivered to Utah. Diego stayed on the phone with me and helped go through all the various furniture items I needed and was very patient while I pick stuff out. He also walked me through the delivery and assembly process and made it a very pleasant experience.
Store manager, Jeremy English took his time with us and asked pertinent questions. We wound up purchasing a sofa and incline chair combination and look forward to a delivery in a week or week and a half. We’d happily buy furniture again here from this family owned business.

UPDATE———————- I had written a pretty scathing review a few months back because the furniture we wanted in the color we wanted ended up back ordered for a surprisingly long time. So we settled for the color we didn’t want and needless to say we were not happy. But the store manager told me that they would essentially loan us the color we didn’t want while we waited for the color that we did want. And sure enough a couple of months later it showed up and they switched it out, no problem. I will say the furniture is top quality and the local management will jump through hoops to make it happen. Still, when I signed up, the delivery was supposed to a couple of months, but it turned out to be over five. Looking back with a new appreciation of the times we are in and the supply problems that have plagued our country for months, I am now thankful for the effort the local store put in to make us happy. And the new furniture looks great! Next time we are looking for furniture we will definitely go by Furniture Row. But we will give a little more consideration to clarify realistic delivery times.
Judy was amazing to work with! As a young couple, you often get overlooked because they don't believe you can afford things or are not a serious customer. Judy treated us with kindness & made it very easy for us to find what we want. Will 100% be back.
Judy Hailey was very helpful when we came into the store to look for a living room set. She gave us all our options on when sofas would be ready and what we could get as far as color selections and accessories. We were looking at this sofa set. It had a good deal going also, but we didn't want to wait to get it in, so we didn't buy it. But, we liked this set. Lot's of nice items in the store, including massage chairs. :-
