Paid over 3k for a couch,loveseat and a recliner just to have it break multiple times I'm on my 3rd motor for my love seat and Everytime it broke it took them 5 months to replace it. Dont get me started on the horrible customer service and poor management. 100% do not recommend this store to anyone.
I needed some assistance with my lazy boy recliner sofa that I didn’t buy there. The place I had originally purchased the couch from was barely any help or responsive. I went into their store and was helped immediately. After a few messages a with in a week I have the new part and it works perfectly fine again. Big shout out to Mike and the staff their for being a huge help and definitely going to be the first place I check if I decide to get any furniture in the future.
Great customer service! Tori sent me photos of what they had available and then walked me through the store based on what I told her I wanted. Our sectional just got delivered! Update: sectional is not as comfortable as assumed and not as child friendly as I imagined it would be.
Today I purchased a loft bed for my daughter, Mike helped me look for one with storage and with in the price range I wanted. He was very patient and took the time to look through the computer because they didn't have any on site. He showed me what they looked like and there configurations and how each would cost. Thank you, I appreciate the overall experience.

8/23/2022- updating my review because it took them 10 months to fix two pieces, one needed to be replaced and one needed reparied. I was initially told my pieces would be here by March 2022, I purchased in Sept 2021. No one ever bothered to update me on the status of the pieces and I probably called a total of 10 times to get updates each time being told something different. Fast forward to June 2022 and they finally say my new piece is in so they come pick up the piece that needs reparied and replace the broken piece. Well, they brought the wrong piece to replace so instead of only taking one piece they have to take two. They say it'll be two weeks. Two weeks come and go and no one has contacted me on an update with my furniture. I finally call after 4 weeks to ask where my furniture is at. The guy, Mason, tells me he will call and get an update on where its at. He calls back a few hours later and coincidentally my new piece is on a truck that will be there the next day and my other piece is ready as well. 3 days later they finally deliver the repaired and new piece. I'm a very understanding and patient person but due to the lack of communication on their end I would not recommend buying from this company. I walked in looking for a dining room table and a new sectional. Tori was more than helpful helping me find exactly what I wanted! She answered every question I had and wasn't pushy about me buying something. I ended up purchasing the 2 items I came for plan on making future purchases.
Just moved to a new house and needed a new couch. The representatives at Feldkamp's contacted me after I made a purchase online to tell me the couch I wanted wasn't in and they showed me other couches that were just as perfect as the one I wanted. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and didn't try to just push me around like I'm another sale. I would say all in all I would definitely purchase from them again since their prices are reasonable and the service is great
My family and I decided to take a look at Feldkamp's Furniture after having numerous problems ordering a couch online and getting it delivered in a timely manner. We were amazed at the size and selection available in the showroom. We worked with Ryan during our search for a couch. He was super knowledgeable, helpful and kind during our entire time in the store. We were able to select, purchase and work out a great delivery day and time all on the same day. I would highly recommend visiting Feldkamp's Furniture for all your furniture needs. We had a great experience from start to finish and love our new couch! We will definitely be back for more items to fill up our house soon!
