I recently bought a split king Tempur-pedic with adjustable base from Mike Casey. Not only was the service absolutely fantastic, but the bed has been a complete life changer. Currently 7mos pregnant with twins and love that I can adjust the bed to suit my needs which change by the minute. The convenience of the bed is absolutely worth the price. I’m so glad that I took Mike’s suggestion regarding the bed. He was not only incredibly patient, but his knowledge regarding the Tempur-pedic and financing was refreshing. Thanks again Mike!

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY We ordered 4 items from the store - 3 of them came damaged/broken and the times to get fixed are awful. They do not have quality products and they are not a help about repairs and what the send to us. We recirculate wrong items - the fireplace insert is too big - they sent us the wrong entertainment center.

We recently purchased an entertainment center from Ashley. When we got the delivery, one of the "piers" bookcases was damaged. We were inconvenienced but let it slide. They scheduled a replacement. It came yesterday and it too was damaged!!! We promptly called customer service. After the second damaged delivery, we simply wanted our money back. Ashley refused to give us our money back since we signed a contract. We don't want any more replacements, we just want our money back!!! The furniture we purchased is poor quality. We could have purchased something of similar quality on Amazon for a lot cheaper. Speaking of cheaper, when I went to the Ashley website to look up our entertainment center, the price was HALF of what we paid in the store!!! In fact the coffee table we also bought was significantly cheaper on the website than what we paid in the store. We feel so ripped off and will never buy from Ashley again!!! And I encourage everyone else not to purchase for them also. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!!!!

A friend of ours referred Jasmine Miller to assist us with our furniture needs and definitely she was one of the best! She was well versed with their products. She gave us excellent tips with designs that match our home, and discounts that fit our budget. Jason, their manager, was very accommodating too! Furniture shopping can be stressful but it was made fun and exciting when you have amazing people around! Make sure you look for Jasmine when you shop at Ashley in Wrightsboro Road! Highly recommended

Brandon N. was one of the best consultants we have ever had. He understood our needs and wants. After letting us shop in peace, with check-ins, we were truly able to decide what we wanted without the pressure. Like many military families, when we move, our things are either broken or missing parts. Thanks to Brandon and help from the manager Troy, we were able to get everything we needed to make our house a home. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend their services.

I went to the Ashley store in Augusta and JC was a wonderful help. I couldn’t have asked for a more polite young man to assist me. I ended up with a dresser, side tables, a patio set, bar stools and a sofa and love seat. The staff was mostly very friendly. ASK FOR JC! Thanks

My husband and I have always had wonderful experiences shopping at Ashley Homestore. They have huge selections of beautiful furniture and very courteous and helpful salespersons. Jasmine helped us pick our newest furniture for the living room. She was above and beyond just helpful. She helped us save money with sales promotions and when the couch arrived being too large for our space, she quickly handled it with helping replace that piece with something else that worked better for us. Thank you, Jasmine, for all your help. You made our experience awesome and we love the new look of our living area. We definitely would recommend Ashley, and ask for Jasmine when you’re there. You won’t regret it!!!

Stopped by Ashley with my wife and we were helped by Gene Norman. Nice selection and Gene gave us time to look around before giving us his insights of their furniture. Gene was very knowledgeable and has a great attitude which made this visit pleasant. He was not pushy and really helped us figure out what was best for us. I normally don't like shopping of any kind but I have to admit that I didn't mind this. Make sure you ask for Gene!

Phenomenal experience at this store! Customer Service is top notch. We went in looking for new mattresses for our kids and Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in us choosing them. He was patient as we tried out every mattress and pillow the store had and never once made us feel rushed. What’s funny is we weren’t even going to go to this store. We were waiting on another store to open so we decided to kill time some time and visit this one because it opened sooner. Now I’m really glad we went to Ashley first!! This will be our go to Furniture store from here on out. Joseph has definitely earned a repeat customer! Thank you!

Keith and Troy were extremely professional and helpful. They were honest and worked out a great deal that beat any online pricing to include warranty and in-home delivery. My wife was happy with the purchase and I was pleased with their service. Win, win!
