My shopping experience was excellent. I had stopped into Mattress Firm a few weeks previous to Just Beds. Tried Just Beds because it was right next door. My experience was so much better than Mattress Firm. We were in there while 2-3 other shoppers were in there, Donnie handled all of us well. He was informative and helpful, not pushy. He listened to our wants/needs and pricing criteria. Explained to us the details of each mattress we looked at and offered his own experiences and expertise. Highly recommend Just Beds!
there's nothing more to say but DON IS THE MAN. He went beyond his duties to ensure my back problems was addressed while looking at every mattress. He also remains polite, confident, and knowledgeable. Best company and best representative for this company ever. Don needs a bigger raise and more acknowledgement then what his boss could ever provide him. Thank you, Don. from the new Mercedes 2022 guy.
Thanks to Donnie and the staff at Just Beds. We purchased the Beautyrest Black adjustable bed and we absolutely LOVE it! It was delivered on time and the installers were very professional. The mattress pad and sheets were a major plus!!
Great locally owned business with fair and low prices but excellent quality. This is our second mattress we have purchased from Just Beds and we can’t recommend them enough. Donnie was a great sales director and very knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure us, just gave us the facts. Thank you!
Donnie was just wonderful during our entire experience. I went to mattress firm before going to just beds and it was terrible. No one would let me look at a mattress that was less than $2000 and only point me towards ones that were over $3000. The pressure was on by the associate to buy a mattress that day and I was unimpressed to say the least. I went to just beds a week later and was so pleased by the no pressure approach where my fella and I could roam free in the store testing things out for ourselves but with Donnie near by to answer when any questions came up. The delivery process was a breeze with our strict schedule of moving to a new state the next day. Very professional. Will certainly do business with again for any mattress purchases in the future. Very happy customer here.
We just bought a bed from here this week. We had been waiting for our bed from Mattress Firm for 7 weeks and kept getting the runaround. Donnie helped us get a bed and it was delivered the very next day. He was so helpful. Great customer service! I will tell anyone that will listen to go to Just Beds!!!
