Stephanie was super helpful. I am from another state and she helped me get a stroller that was out of stock at my store and online! We did everything over the phone and she was super patient with my 6 gift cards and registry credit! It was amazing customer service!!
As a first time father I figured I would come here and receive exceptional service/ help however they looked at me like I couldn’t afford anything In there. This store is definitely not for African Americans and they make you feel every bit of it. And they are extremely overpriced $30 for a plain white onesie is ridiculous for anyone!
my mom had to return an online order because we accidentally ordered the wrong thing. employee we first dealt with was very kind, even though she made a mistake on the refund. waited 20 minutes for the manager to come over she was completely ignoring the employee and when she did come over she belittled the employee, who clearly wasn’t taught how to do it correctly in the first place. then the manager proceeded to be rude towards my mom because my mom did not want to purchase anything else, but just wanted her refund instead of store credit. we felt terrible for the original employee, the manager was absolutely terrible. i would be embarrassed if i were her superior and saw not only how she treated her own employees but the customers as well. we will not be giving any of our buisness to buy buy baby in the future.
Sonya was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. I believe she was in higher position manager maybe? Any question I had were answered professionally and with so much knowledge with a new baby on the way she 10000% put my mind at ease with her stories of her personal life. I enjoyed my experience with her so much and will be back again!! She made me feel at home!! I don’t usually write reviews but I had to share my experience with this store and employee!!
The management here is beyond racist and show terrible favoritism towards their employees. I think Sonja is her name she is one of THE MOST rudest managers I’ve ever met the way she treats her employees makes me sick to my stomach. I’ll never give business to buy buy baby again.
I would like to thank Rachel for helping us with our nursery furniture. I don’t think I can express with words how thankful I am for her help. After dealing with our dresser not being delivered, “lost”, then they never had one to ship..... all from the manufacturer, she went above and beyond trying to help us find what we wanted. She called me several times through the day with the options she found and even called several other stores all to get us what we wanted. She was not going to give up until we were satisfied. By far the nicest and most helpful employee I have had to deal with through the Covid-19 outbreak. I have to say too that all the employees I have dealt with at this store have been super friendly and helpful, she just went above and beyond even when my husband and I were VERY frustrated. THANK YOU!
RACHEL is a gem. Not only did she help us pick out our crib and changing table for delivery, but she exceeded all expectations: she was kind, she helped set up our delivery, she even called to make sure our delivery process was going well. I am going to make a phone call to try to get in touch with whoever manages Rachel unless she is the manager because I wouldn't be surprised?! because she seriously deserves a raise or a promotion or anything out there. My whole family agrees, as they were with me while shopping a few weekends ago : Also, this store is gorgeous. I could probably spend hours in here. LOL! They were so great, I changed my Amazon baby registry to a BuyBuy baby one. You just can't get better than this. THANK YOU!!
The sales woman Ja’Nay was very helpful to me and my wife. We were having trouble with picking a stroller and she came right over and helped us. She knew the products and how they worked inside and out. I’m very pleased she helped us and how much knowledge she had with all of the strollers. She gave us great confidence in picking a stroller that we plan to purchase. Thank you Ja’Nay for all of your help.
HORRIBLE!!!!!!! If I could, I would give no stars! Never order from their baby registry! I was the only person who ordered something and baby still doesn’t have it! I ordered on February 6th and still don’t have the Baby Breeza!! If I would have ordered from Target, WalMart, or Kohl’s, it would have been there BEFORE baby was born! This isn’t the ONLY and WORST thing! Customer service chat will lie to you over and over again just to try to appease you at the moment. I have proof and texts that they lied to me constantly! Apparently bye-bye baby teaches them to appease the customer with whatever information they choose to lie about! When you report them to Your credit card company because they won’t give you a refund or stop the order from wherever it is, they act as if the customer is the problem. I just ordered an item with two day shipping that still isn’t here. How am I the problem?
Even though the manager or who ever the head lady was this morning was completely rude and awful to her employees, I would like to say AJ at the front helped me so much with my exchange. He was being talked rudely to by his manager, but he kept a smile on his face, was so unbelievably helpful, and made me feel more welcome in that store. Thank you so much AJ for making my experience in Buy Buy Baby better than it was last time.
