I went in looking for chairs with an ottoman. I actually had found a set online that I liked. Lynda showed me around the store and showed me many possibilities. I ended up falling for a lovely blue chair and ottoman set that will be perfect. Lynda was knowledgeable about the products and walked me through the process. She made the entire experience enjoyable. I would not hesitate to return and have Lynda assist me in the future. Thank you for helping me find the perfect chairs.

John was my salesman and was super polite friendly, I felt he just showed me more options which I had no idea was there the showroom was beautiful and arranged perfectly. I would highly recommend John for any special or specific. He knows where the stock and complimentary items that will help design your purchase. Such a wonderful gentleman!

Amazing selection, beautiful clean store and great prices! I recently purchased a bedroom set and everything I ordered was in stock so I would be able to have it delivered 3 days later! My shopping experience was the best I've EVER had, I was greeted at the door with a big smile from an Associate named April, she explained all of the deals that they had going on and told me if I had questions about anything to let her know. I had finally decided on a set so I found my way back to April who was with another customer, she politely told the other customer that she would be right back to assist him as he was still deciding. She promptly came to where I was waiting for her and asked if I had found everything okay. We then proceeded to fill out paperwork for their financing option where she explained everything clearly. She also helped me pick out a mattress and an adjustable bed frame! Once I settled on all of my choices, she triple checked with me to make sure all of my items were correct and then sent me an email with all of the information I needed from my purchase. On top of this, she gave me her personal phone number and said if I needed help with anything to do with the delivery or had any questions to text or call her anytime! This was the most quick, easy, and painless purchase I've ever made in any kind of store all due to April. She deserves so much recognition for her positive attitude, professionalism and excellent customer service! I also want to note that a few other employees asked if I had been helped yet while I was looking around. I didn't catch their names, but they are awesome as well.

I was greeted by this very friendly and professional gentleman Dennis. He guided me to several groups of sofas in the colors that I was interested in. I found the suite that I wanted and the process was quick and in a matter of minutes I was out the door. I'll have to wait s few days before I get it but I'm totally pleased with the outcome

Dylan M. was so helpful from the minute we walked into the store. He helped us see what will fit within measurements of our space. He told us all the sale details. Once we made our decision he informed us all the details of the purchase and delivery and how we can finance it and protect our purchase. Overall it was a very great experience. Very easy from start to finish. We we were in there less than an hour. I will definitely be back for more furniture in the future. Thank you

Alex Marg was very friendly when I first entered the store. He was helpful in showing me several options that were available. He did not try to steer me to higher priced items. Working with Alex was such a pleasant experience. He is a very hard worker. I hope to purchase from him again in the future. A very likable young man!

My wife and I were shopping for a bedroom set. As soon as we walked into the Ashley Furniture Store, we were greeted by Dylan, the salesman. We spoke with him about what we were looking for, and he showed us a few different options. Dylan was VERY knowledgeable about all of the items that we were looking at. Dylan is not one of those PUSHY SALESMEN that try and sell you something that you don't want. After we decided on the bedroom set that we wanted, Dylan made the purchasing process VERY quickly. If you are needing new furniture, go checkout Ashley Furniture Store in Anderson and ask for Dylan! We will return and purchase more from them.

My experience was excellent. I went in with what I wanted in mind and while they didn’t have the model on the floor, Dylan Miler was able to give me a good idea of the fabric, feel and color using other examples. He also provided me with many options to finance and I was in and out with a purchase in less than 30 mins. Friendly staff with a wide variety of furniture.

Bought VERY expensive mattress, box springs and pillows. At delivery TOLD them before x springs were too high. I thought we were supposed to get lower height. Calls go to charlotte not the store. Went to store and guy went on computer to “replace “ box spring. Told ua went through and we could leave. Next day received email that no exchanges allowed after delivery accepted. Was told people in store are aware of this rule!!! Went back and talked to our salesperson who was encouraging that it could be made right. Stopped by store a week later and left message for him. Have heard NOTHING. They talk nice but not worth a flip. Found where we can get box springs at MUCH better price. BUYER BEWARE!!!
