Joe was an amazing salesman. He expertly helped us pick our mattress. Took our needs into consideration. We also had issues with our card working due to bank limits and he was so understanding. Definitely a very positive experience.

We are helped by a delightful young lady who walked us around the showrooms and talk to us through different options. We were able to find something that was perfect for the space and very affordable. We had a good experience especially picking up the sectional. They put them in our vehicle zippidy quick

Lorenzo O. has been my sales guy for over 5 years now. He understands that I prefer to first look around the store on my own and respects my shopping style by not hovering over me. He is always available when I have questions, need an item looked up, or am ready to place an order. He has incredible people skills, is quite product savvy, and has inevitably become a friend over the years.

Great customer service. I was greeted by Cody and after asking if he can help with anything, he immediately directed us with our search for living room furniture we were looking for. We wanted to look on our own for a bit and he respected our wishes but stayed in area if we had any questions which we did quit a few times and helped us immediately. It was a pleasure to work with him. Being helpful with no pressure was a great experience. He’s the perfect example of a customer friendly salesman. We purchased once again from this store and will continue to return in the future… thank you Cody!

We were looking for furniture for new house and we visit many store finally casually we got in that Ashley store and we saw many selections actually hardest part buying a furniture deciding process then Mr Cody Faille who told us when we get in store welcome he join us. We told about idea and he help to create our imagines became true it was wonderful experience for us. My family and I were extremely satisfied with all the staff. Sergio was wonderful to work with, and has above average customer service. We would definitely recommend working with him. He was very patient regardless of our indecision, going from floor to floor, and constant questions. We are very pleased and will be coming back for all of our furniture needs. John Circelli is an unbelievable employee, top notch customer service. He got us the couch we were looking for, for a great price and even helped us load it into our vehicle instead of waiting for another staff member to be available. I would highly recommend this location and John!

We were greeted as soon as we came in, and recognized the salesman Joe as the same one who sold us furniture on a previous visit. He was very helpful and informative, and we found exactly what we were looking for immediately. We plan to come back for our next purchase!

The sales associate did not listen to what we stated we needed. We had already completed our research, and came in to purchase a bed and mattress. She tried to sale us a table. For similar priced items we had selected at the non discount Ashley, the price this sales associate gave us was $900 more. The sales associate was also way too familiar when talking to us, way too “salesy”, and such a turn off. Needless to say we left, ended up back at the non discount Ashley, and got what we needed for under the price we planned on spending.
