I can't say enough good about the service and the food. Food was great however the service was fantastic. The hostess was very friendly and nice. The waitress didn't miss a beat and made sure we where well taken care of. The lady that checked us out was very pleasant and quick. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.
Kinda disappointed by the racist service here. Came here to treat my parents since they wanted to get brunch here. They were pretty busy as they always are. Waited 20 min for a table for 3. When I went to get in line for a table, all 3 hostesses were helping one person. They were not efficient in their work and long waiting lines were formed. What really shocked me was our server. She was an older lady and understandably slower then the rest. She took our order and brought us the food but each time she would come to check on us, she would only address my dad and wouldn't care to even look at my mom and myself, probably thinking thay her tips will come from him. I had to ask someone else to find her so I can add more food to our order. Which she later forgot to bring or even put in on time. She never asked how the food was or if we need refills on our water but she would bring lemonade refills to my dad without even asking. That type of service was not appreciated. Food here is good as expected. Pancakes were not prepared right this time, but normally I get great pancakes here. They were kinda low on inventory in the shop too but I am sure they will get more stuff soon.
The staff at this location is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was there with a friend for lunch when another one of our friends called us and decided to join us. I made our waitress aware of the situation and told her that if she wanted we could go to another table since we were already done with lunch. To my surprise she said absolutely not stay here and take as long as you want. Yes!!! We gave her a very generous tip since she was super wonderful. Thank You Michelle P. for the awesome service and great attitude, you're truly one of kind. Update 04/30/2022 After all this years and after the covid-19 pandemic Cracker Barrel remains one of the most affordable restaurants in the industry. Their portions are still very reasonably and their prices have not gotten out of control. If you're looking for an affordable family meal, I highly recommend this establishment for your entire family.
Good meal, but couldn’t believe they passed this off as a slice of pie. Should have paid more attention to my to go containers before leaving the restaurant. And yes, it is as dinky as it looks. Perhaps you should shrink the to go containers too.
Love the food but I really love their little shop! So many unique gifts, we never leave empty handed!Food: 5/5
If only I could give zero stars. They opened the door and welcomed Us in at 6:00 p.m. we went to the host to be seated. They went to check on a table or with a manager I don't know for sure and came back and told me sorry we will not see you we close at 6:15. There's a sign on the door that says they close at 7:00 p.m. this evening to celebrate their employees. How ridiculous is that.
Absolutely like food served at your grandmother's table. So much, so tummy warming and always scrumptious. Where else can you get corn bread and real butter with your meal. Our waitress was delightful and Johnnie on the spot serving. They've added many things the last few years to their menu but difficult to try new things because you have your favorites to choose from too. Bought a few early Christmas gifts in the store while I was there. What fun!
Road trip staple. Love the country shop and home cooked meal vibe.
Although it was very busy when you sat down everything was very quaint. The fireplace was burning beautifully. Which took the cold edge off. The staff was very friendly and helpful in the gift shop and dining room. The portions are huge and the biscuits were perfect!!Food: 5/5
Always delicious. Had the cat fish With yummy cole slaw And macaroni and cheese Waitress kept our drinks filled. We were a party of 9. Had plenty of elbow room at the table. No complaints Service great Food scrumptious Family friendly Great place
