I received stellar service today when assisted by Travis. He took great care of me and was able to work within my budget to provide a quality tire. The service was completed in less than an hour. I was extremely pleased with the customer service from start to finish!! Thank you for a great experience!!
Got new tires at this place and they did an amazing job. I needed new tires and noticed they were having a black friday sale so I went online and searched for specific tires. Within a day, they called me and said the tires I picked were not in stock at the time, but they worked with me to get the discount I wanted. The best part, they got those tires to the store that same day they called and I had my new tires. They have amazing customer service and I will be returning to them for all my tires needs.
They are very respectful and quick I just got rims and tires. They look really good and were way cheaper than a lot of small shops in Chicago. The best way i think to shop is Google your car and get all the details like the sizes of rim and tires that fit on your car then got to the website and know what you want and already know how much you are going to spend. These guys are not bad but they are in sales so not saying they are going to rob you they are just always suggest better for your car. Which if you do your research you will know what is a good deal or just an up sale. But I was impressed how they worked with my schedule and I work nights so I was able to get out be there when they opened at 8 and done with everything by 9. Definitely recommend to others.
Christian is super helpful and friendly I believe that was his name. He filled up air in my tire, but sometimes you just meet someone with such a positive spirit and interaction, they leave an impression on you... I have another appointment and have been here before. They are great!
This is our go to for purchasing new tires! Great selection Great prices Quick turnaround time Great customer exprerience We went in on a Saturday to shop for some new tires with the intention of picking out our choice of tire and scheduling a drop off time for the next week. They had our choice of tires in stock and said we could get then installed right away and with an hour wait. In less than an hour we were on our way!
Worst service I’ve ever received. Brought in 1 wheel for them to mount the tire and balance so I can test fit my summer wheels. Ended up getting over charged, had my rim gouged in 2 separate visible spot and after further inspection found 2 more marks that had been colored with marker and wiped right off, they tried to hide their own mess up. They were nice enough to load the wheel into my car but that prevented me from inspecting on the spot. Never will I ever be returning to this location and I recommend anyone go elsewhere, I believe Walmart would do a better job.
Franklin and the rest of the team are wonderful. They got the tires on really fast! Everyone made me feel welcome while I was there. Clean store and plenty of seating. And absolutely no bait & switch or upselling. Great place!
The employees were true to their word. I called on a Tuesday for 4 new tires. 2vwere in stock and 2 had to be ordered. We decided that on Saturday I would come in and have the tires put on giving enough time for the 2 ordered tires to arrive. I arrived on Saturday around 1:30 PM. All of my information was in the system, the tires were waiting, they took my car and said it would be approx 1 hour and 45 minutes. I said I would be back at 3pm. At 2:15 PM I received a text that my car was ready. Flawless. Thank you for the great service!
NOPE!! Outside of getting my tire pressure checked for free this is the SECOND time they have not treated me honestly. I got a flat, called ahead to see if tire was in stock at this location in case the damage was irreplaceable, I was told they did not have it but two other locations did. I went in and as I suspected damage was too far along, I was then told that only one location an 1hr drive away had the tire and it would cost me near $300 even though I had insurance which I thought guaranteed me a lower rate. Unhappy I went to my car and something told me to call the other location which was only 29 minutes away I called....they had the tire....and they charged me the correct amount which was over $100 LESS THAN what I was told....This location has not been honest with me in the past until my husband came with me.....wish I had gotten the name of dude that lied to me.... anyhow if you have no clue of what you want etc...seems like they take advantage of you. OTHER LOCATION AT CRESTWOOD WAS AMAZING!!
Purchased tires from these folks all the time and never once had any issues. This last visit I discovered that my 10 year old rims were in need of refinishing. They offered up choices and a quick fix to get me back on the road. Thanks again for the quick and painless visit.
