We had an awesome experience picking out new living room furniture for our house. We worked with Norm who provided us with excellent service. Never pushy and gave us different tools to be able to envision how pieces would fit in our space. Definitely would go back and will recommend to others!

Cody was absolutely amazing, can't give enough stars!!! He was extremely helpful finding exactly what I wanted, even though it took me a while to find it. He has an amazing knowledge of their products and his customer service is STELLAR!! I will definitely be back to see him many times for all my new decor and furniture needs.

We had an Amazing experience with Ashley! Michael was such a huge help to us. He was very professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. He made the process incredibly smooth and efficient. We also were impressed with Ashley's price match process. Our couch and love seat went on sale on the 4th and they lived up to their promise and matched it right away! Michael was also super helpful with that, as well. The couch arrived in less than 2 weeks and the delivery only took about 15 minutes. We can't say enough great things. We plan to buy more furniture from Ashley in the future and will be recommending to friends and family!

As a fellow veteran, I was honored to see Michael carrying on with the phenomenal tenants of service that our military teaches us. Tyson is always such a great help. Awesome personality. Always makes us feel welcome. We usually wait until he’s at work to purchase anything because of how pleasant he is. They need more workers like this. Need more contemporary furniture and different styles, but the overall experience was pleasant.

I just love shopping at the 28th Street store in Grand Rapids, MI… Mike Barnes was awesome. He just walked around with me answering any questions I had about certain items and never once pressured me. Because of not only the quality of the furniture that I’ve purchased in the past and again today, but Mike Barnes…..you’ll definitely see me again. I will be happy to follow him wherever he works…he’s THAT good. Gives you the real answers and doesn’t sugarcoat anything. I really really wanted the loveseat that was on the display floor because it was a lighter color, but because I pointed out a couple of things and he was honest with me, I chose to go with a little more expensive new item instead. I don’t spend money easily, I’m usually looking for the best deal, but I think I found my best deal with Mike. Don’t ever let him go! I hope nothing but the best for him and his girlfriend.

The staff here seemed to be friendly and professional. We felt comfortable talking to them and they gave us space to peruse the store at our leisure. Drinks were offered to us also which was nice. My fiancé we were looking at a sectional online and it was there on display. Tyson was super helpful today and explained everything about the sectional in detail. He even showed me a different configuration of the chaise placement that I didn't know was possible. The deals and financing options were explained well also. If you are in the area looking for furniture check them out, they have a wide variety of furniture and home decor available. We got some inspiration for other parts of our house too. We are excited to receive our new sectional and we'll be back for other pieces down the line.

Aleigha at the Ashley Homestore was great! She directed me to my area of interest and let me look and peruse on my own before engaging. Upon engagement, she was very attentive to the small details I was looking for. She was very patient and understanding as I did not make a purchase my first time into the store. I came back with my wife twice before we made our purchase. The staff was very professional and polite. We were explained MOST of the process along the way and when we were taken aback by some of the information given, they were able to help us get through it all. Would certainly do business again and recommend you give them a chance for your furniture/bedding needs. Keep up the good work team!

I called the store and talked to Claude about getting a mattress the same day and the one I wanted would've had to be ordered and I didn't want to wait so he found one in my price range that they had in stock and I came in later that day and purchased it and brought it home. It is a great mattress and I am so glad that Claude was able to help me. He was very polite and knowledgeable and did not push me into anything I didn't want. Everyone at the Kentwood store was also very polite. Definitely will go back there for other furniture.

Tyler was a great help, easy to talk to and ask questions. I like that when I walked in I was treated but not stalked as I looked around. Good quality furniture competitive prices.
