We like eating here when we stop at the mall. Never leave hungry and always have extra to take home. The food is good. I love the garlic green beans. You do get charged extra for extra meat. Downside is the prices are getting high. For 4 of us it was 60.00 which is higher then our local Chinese restaurant. That has a lot more options to choose from then here. Vegetarian options: They have plenty of options other than meat Parking: It is in the mall so they have a huge parking lot Kid-friendliness: Our kids like it also and seats they can sit in help Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps for wheelchairs up to the food court and throughout the mall

This place is so good I love the bourbon, orange and teriyaki chicken. Also amazing plantains and egg rolls. The only thing is this place is pretty expensive it’s $15 for rice/ lo mein plus two entrees . It came out to $20 with a drinkFood: 5/5

I’ve gotten food from them on Monday & today is now Saturday.. they’ve charged my card everyday since Monday. When I was there Monday they told me the machine was down & I had to move to a different machine. The price went from $13 to $17 & it was because of “ sales tax”. So I waited & noticed they told the man behind me the same exact price. I then look at my receipt & see that I’ve been charged for stuff that I did not order!!!! I called corporate & can not get in touch with anyone. ASIAN CHAO IS A SCAM & they’re scamming people cards… I’ve eaten here maybe 3 times & food has always been good but because of this issue I will not be returning. The older man was very nice about the situation on Monday but everyone else was very rude.

Food quality was "eh" at best. The rice and lo mean had no flavor. I got charged another 1.50 for choosing orange and general tsou. When I'm already paying $ dollars a plate Would not recommend at allFood: 2/5

I don't eat meat, so I was originally going to just order sides of the chow mein and vegetables. The manager suggested getting the plate with veggies, and I'm glad I did. I got plantains and green beans which were delicious. They were nice and helpful. Hopefully we can see more vegetarian options like tofu Food: 5/5

I work here at the oaks and today I decided to eat here for lunch considering I had never had any issues before well today that changed Because I ordered the bbq pork chicken it TASTED AND SMELLED LIKE FISH and when I told the workers they all three looked at each other and smiled Bc they had known they were serving unsafe expired food to paying customers I will no longer be giving them my business

Good presentation, the food looks good and taste good. Today I tried the Pepper Chicken and the Bourbon chicken with a side of fried rice. Overall clean and neat.

This and the Japanese restaurant next to it are staples of Oaks Mall dining. You always leave full and satisfied, and it's hard to say you've been to the Oaks Mall if you haven't had their bourbon chicken. Their orange chicken is worth trying, as well. The staff is speedy, as well, and usually refills their dishes before they even reach half emptied, so you know it's always fresh.

Best food in town, very reasonable price for the food portion. The bourbon chickens is the best one.Food: 5/5
