Wasn't too slow and the food wasn't too bad. No gravy on the mash potatoes was disappointing. The chicken was pretty good. The ribs weren't the best ribs or the worst ribs I ever had. Not much sauce on them. Kinda of pricey for single meals. Wouldn't probably go here again.
Our trip started with the smell of garbage at the front door. When we ordered the employees seem to care less if we ordered anything or not. The people at Publix are always happy to take my money and cheerful... not at the Gainesville Boston Markets. No Smiles, no caring, no eye contact. After we got our food I went to get a drink and the lemonade was out. I asked them to change it. Two requests later they finally changed it and when they opened the lemonade to exchange the concentrate mix the spigots were full of mold. I've attached a picture showing the mold. I showed the employee and told him he needed to clean that and all he did was wipe it on the outside briefly with a dirty rag. I told him No, he needs to clean it with bleach or some kind of chemical because it was moldy. He just closed the lid and went about his way. I can only assume the rest of the restaurant behind the house is just as dirty. Our salt shaker and pepper shaker was encrusted with food as well, as we're all of them. I'll Never Eat Here Again. And you shouldn't either.
I appreciate that this Boston Market has a drive through which has been extremely convenient with kids or visiting at the hospital. Boston Market prices have steadily increased over the years which is deterring. They have recently remodeled the inside and prior to COVID were providing a little bit of table service/clean-up.Food: 4/5
Ordered four pot pies day of 4.00 special. Got 3 normal and ond very dark brown. Usually very good.
AWFUL! Would give a negative review if allowed. First messed up my order forgot 2 items and 1 of those items being silverware. Seeing how I am in a hotel I do not have a fork or other utensils. Yes I know new law can't give them out unless you ask for them so I called soon as I placed the order. Still didn't get them or my salad. When I called store got a super nasty rude female with a very smart mouth! When I told her the problem her response was " Oh well ess your heart" and hung up. I called back to ask for a name so when I wrote this review and called CS the right person would get the attention she so desires. She refused and hung up. When I called CS I was told to go online or the guy could fill the form out for me. So he did, said I will receive a call back within 48 hours let's see if they actually do. Catering calls are recorded but didn't say all calls were. I wonder if that's because they know their employees are rude and nasty and just don't want to face it ??
Chicken was fresh, and hot. That was the only good thing about this meal. The size of the 1/4 meal chicken was about 3 bites, Broccoli smelled like fish Mashed potatoes warm, gravy tasted like plastic Corn bread was cold, Cookie was ,ehhh Diet coke was OK All this for $17.oo Not going back.
Should hire based off of IQ and not diversity. Food was cold. Saw a rat in the ceiling tile that was broken. Didn’t have half of the menu. Had to explain to two different workers that with 4 people we would want 4 drinks with our 4 meals. Floors were half inch thick with stickiness. Mold on drink fountain. Left after two bites. Disgusting
Fairly good except they could have cut the chicken in the pot pie up a little bit. It was like pulling a half a chicken leg out instead of taking an extra minute to cut the meat, they just threw it in there whole. I expect more when I pay over 8.00 for a food.
Went to eat dinner here with my husband he had never eaten at BM before, it’s the worst I’ve ever had. They had broke down the hot bar and had put the sides in throw away containers so all the food was cold, chicken was mediocre. The staff had friends standing around the counter hanging out. Not sure what was up with the temperature in the dining area, it was as cold as outside. Definitely wasn’t worth the money . Needless to say he said that he’d never go back and not really sure I will be either.
Food is always delicious but the service is always terrible. They should cancel their online ordering service because they never have anything correct or in stock. This is my second time ordering online or from this Boston market in general. The first time was a mess and so was this time. I ordered my food at 2 pm for 4 pm pick up. When I get there they didn’t have any apple pie so I subbed it for pumpkin. 1. They gave me a pie that was frozen and 2. They could have called me prior to me arriving. They also forgot my drink. I just feel they choose to be disrespectful and purposefully decide to not care about customer orders.
