The zucchini fries alone are worth dining here! Dipped in ranch...YUM! Thankfully they're endless like the french fries! We both got the Royal burger with an over hard egg on top. I got a veggie burger instead of beef. I won't do that here again. It had a weird after taste. But the real beef burgers are delish!
The burgers are great and they have really tasty healthier options as well. I've had their salads, Chicken sandwiches have order with a traditional bun as well as wrapped in lettuce and all have been really good. This is a great place to bring kids. The staff interacts with and is friendly to them, it's loud enough to where they aren't going to bother anyone else and their kids meals are not just prepared Kraft Macaroni.
Loved the place. Very friendly staff. The burgers were amazing. Do try the whiskey glazed chicken sandwich might have not got it right. Worth the money.
After all of the time of watching the commercials I finally drove to one. Our servers name was Tim who was just absolutely amazing. And I can describe this whole entire experience in one word YUMMMMM!!!!!
The service is always great here. The food is good with affordable prices and ENDLESS FRIES.... Need I say more!? The enjoyment is casual and there are TVs and a bat that can serve you Betta or mixed drinks.
Very poor service. The appetizer pretzel bites dipping sauce was more like warm water the meal arrived with no silverware the cheese instead of being sliced was grated cheddar on my sandwich I waited the length of the entire meal for my bottomless fries that never arrived the server was aware of the issues kept asking if we ever got our fries finally bought me two slices of cheddar cheese which I applied to my sandwich. The server Michelle was well aware of the issues kept asking if I had gotten my fries went back and got me my cheese and our silverware it was laughable it was like we were on the pay no mind list. And the final blow to this lousy visit to Red Robin was trying to pay my bill on the computer get a receipt and leave this horrible place and computer didn't spit out a receipt I had to ask the horrible service if I could have a copy of my receipt needless to say I'll never visit that place again. That is $40 and an hour and a half worth of my time that I'll never get back. Don't respond with an apology because that would make it even more laughable mail me my 40 bucks back
First time ordering a takeout sandwich. Very disappointed. The order was correct but the sandwich was lukewarm and the sweet potato fries were soggy. My expectation was the food would be hot when I received it, but this was not the case. I visited this location before dining in and this is the first and I hope last poor review of a meal.
All I can say is, "when are you going to open a restaurant in Pooler, Georgia?" We go all the way to Gainesville, Florida to get some Yummmm. I'm a crinkle cut fry junkie, but I'll take Red Robin fries any day! Endless Red Robin fries. And the drinks are endless, including the Root Beer Float! Who does that? I've tried several burgers but always go back to the Banzai Burger. Something about a pineapple ring on your burger that just can't be beat. Ooh, wait. I almost forgot. Check out the chocolate covered chocolate brownie sticks dipped in chocolate... or rasberry sauce if that's enough chocolate for you.
Food was good but customer service needs improvement . We entered an almost empty restaurant at approximately 2pm. It took 5-10 minutes for a table to be "cleaned" and us to be seated. There were still crumbs on the table. Our server was extremely inattentive. I had to go to the hostess to get straws. I was informed that it was their policy to only give them out upon request. No big deal but our drinks were set at the edge of the table and our server simply hurried away. She did seem to have plenty of time to sit in a booth with another customer though. The food was good. It did not seem to be as good as the last time but still good.
Very cozy Red Robin,the staff is great and there menu items are moderately priced.I Came here with a group of coworkers and we had a great time.
