My experience so far has been absolutely horrendous, and I have yet to get my wisdom teeth extracted. My initial intake was easy, the dental hygienist was amazing, and the dentist was straight forward. When it came to scheduling my surgery, I had to call multiple times with little help from the front staff. Now that I finally have my surgery scheduled, I received a call only two days before, that I need another scan. This is something that the oral surgeon should have indicated earlier. When explaining my issues with the receptionist, she raised her voice and became disrespectful. When I asked where I can write a review, she asked if I would "still feel comfortable getting surgery after that" insinuating my surgery will go poorly due to my personal opinion. My surgery is this week. Wish me luck.
Called twice and 2 different representatives told me they couldn't access scheduling for any office and took my info & never called me back. I called again today to be told they don't accept my insurance when this could have been entirely avoided the first time I called. Very rude and unprofessional at all offices. Do better!
To whom it may concern , please find another dentist . This place is just a playground for immature people. I was told I need two teeth removed . Days before the procedure they called me with excuses as to why they couldn’t do it . This place is ridiculous. I think it’s sacrilegious when you play with peoples health. They added up a bill of 4,600 dollars then didn’t even call my doc to get approval for me to come off blood thinners . Please check your bill . They charge 32 dollars for a bottle of mouth wash . There are a lot of hidden cost . I would never treat a person the way I was treated . They should all be fired . I sincerely hope if they have a medical , dental problem they meet someone who acts professional, and not a bunch of kids playing games in the office. Obviously they were treated badly themselves or they wouldn’t be doing this to other people and that’s sad because I have never dealt with anything like this in my life. I guess I’m just blessed I treat people the way they treat me .That’s something they know nothing about . Stop listening to gossip and treat a person the way they treat you . If I were you JUST GO SOME WHERE ELSE . I hope who ever owns Aspen Dental reads this .I neglected to say I also checked with another dentist , I NEVER NEEDED TEETH TAKEN OUT . HMMMMM ! NOW THATS PRETTY SCARY . LIKE I STATED , BE CAREFUL GOING TO THIS DENTIST . ASK YOUR MEDICAL DOCTOR TO RECOMMEND SOMEONE THEN YOU CAN’T LOSE !
Had an emergency yesterday morning and I went to Aspen Dental for a tooth extraction. They were able to pull my tooth and set me up with a very affordable payment plan to get future work done. The staff is very good at making the patients feel comfortable too. This place is the best!!!!
If I could give zero stars i would. I paid a lot of money for dental work and the work that was done was not good. Had my teeth done twice and the third time aspen dental wanted nothing to do with me when I told them my new Dr saw issues with my teeth. Never agian I was ripped off $3000.
Last week I had some intense random Tooth pain in the evening. It was enough to make me scramble to find the nearest dentist and make an appointment. Aspen dental in Poughkeepsie was the only one with a appointment slot in the evening which worked perfect for my schedule and having one available the next day. I haven't been to the dentist in 20 years so going into it I had no experience with what to do. I went in, signed in, and within two minutes they had me getting x-rays. It was pretty easy and they had diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes and told me what needed to be done. Fast forward two days and I got my first deep cleaning which went very well. They helped me understand how much everything was and what I should do next. All around good experience I recommend them but more work to be done
Every one at Aspen Dental is very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them to family and friends.
Hands down THEEE best dental service I’ve ever had. From the front/back desk, to the X-ray tech, to the Dr., and the hygienist; everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. They were so informative on everything done to me. I got to see awesome 3D pictures of my teeth. So happy with my cleaning results, this was amazing.
I have an awful fear of dentist’s offices but they are all so very pleasant and genuinely concerned with their patients. I’m so very glad I choose them.
I appreciate the professional and timely service from this Aspen Dental in Poughkeepsie. A dental emergency during the holidays is unpleasant at best. The staff made it a calming and caring first visit in advance of tooth extraction later this week. Highly recommend for preventative care before you need emergency help!
