Dr Fernandez introduced himself. He listened to all my issues and concerns. Came up with a strategy to start dealing with some issues until all my testing was complete, this gave me relief. He explained what he thought was going on and other options for relief once all testing was complete. He was very kind and did not rush me one bit. I’m really happy that he will be my new Doctor!!
Dr. W was attentive, very interested and clear. He confirmed specific information to get a full understanding of family history, individual history, risks and concerns, what has helped and what hasn't. We discussed next steps and plans going forward. Very, very helpful, insightful and encouraging! Thrilled my Dad and I are seeing this doctor!!!
Waste of time and money... doctor didn't do anything more than ask a few questions. Charged me $280. Paid $100 in person and was told insurance would be billed and taken care of. 9 months later I get a bill in the mail that doesn't show my credit that I paid on site and that I owe $182. Unprofessional and unorganized..
Dr Fernandez was a very caring and understanding doctor. He is new to me as my Dr. Harris retired and I’m very happy to have Dr. Fernandez as my new doctor. I would recommend him highly.
It was amazing. The office and exam room were spotless, chairs properly spaced apart. Even the patient chairs in the Exam room were sterilized. Antoinette, Jean, Dr. Trope, Melissa, & Beth the order in which I interacted with them were all wonderful. I had to tell them how impressed I was and how good I felt. Each one was welcoming and kind. Dr. Trope was so calming. He listened and explained things so well. He allayed all my apprehensions. I will recommend this practice to anyone. It was truly a fantastic experience.
Had an office appt with Dr Troupe. He was very professional, explained everything and left me with no unanswered questions. He was pleasant and great “bedside manners”. A great relief from How some doctors are these days. He took his time and reviewed all of my issues. Dr Troupe is the reason I would not consider seeing a different doctor for all of my “gut” issues Thank you Dr Troupe.
Dr. Trope was very thorough in reviewing my paperwork. He had a discussion with me on better ways that I can help improve my health and the issues with my liver. I liked that he took the few moments to speak to me about my health and you hear the sincerity in his voice. That lets me know that he really cares about his patients and that you're more than a number. Even though my first visit was longer than anticipated as first visits usually are, the whole staff made it a great experience. I would highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Trope is a great listener, he was thorough and easy to speak with. He took the time to understand what was going on with me and immediately made appointments for procedures I needed to get to the root of the problem.
Dr. Weissblatt is very friendly and thorough, he listens to his patients and treats you like a person versus just another file he just read. He takes great care in explaining everything to you, it’s refreshing to see that there are still Dr’s out there who actually care about their patients. I’ve also seen Dr. Rajca as well and he’s also a very excellent Dr with a great bedside manner. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, along with the nursing staff at their Surgery Center, everyone has always been very good to me and my family. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Fernandez was very thorough and knowledgeable, and described my issues in detail in terms I could easily understand. He prescribed new medication to try and get my medical issues under control. I would recommend Associates in Digestive Health to anyone, whether it’s getting a colonoscopy or having Gastro issues that need diagnosis/treatment.
