Dr. Mitchell and his nurse Pam are wonderful. I had no refills left for my migraine medications and I had called the office this afternoon and left a message with Pam regarding more refills and sending them to a new pharmacy. Within an hour I had received a text message from my pharmacy saying my refills were being processed. I know this quick of a turnaround cannot always be expected, however the quickly fulfilled request is a small testament to how wonderful the patient care is here. I am grateful and recommend everyone I know who suffers from migraines to them.

Dr. Taylor is literally the kindest and nicest person I've ever met in my life. Not just the nicest doctor, which is a huge deal on its own especially if you have medical anxiety like me, but the nicest *person* ever. I feel genuinely cared for, listened to, and validated. 10/10, highly recommend.

Today was my sons first appointment and were late due to my GPS taking us to the main building. They refused to see my son. I drove 45 minutes away and waited two months for this appointment. If I could I would go somewhere else but there is nowhere else otherwise I would avoid this place because clearly they don't care that much about their patients. The manager shows no empathy.

Never have I experienced a visit with this facility. I sat down to fill out new pt paperwork 2 minutes called back and the nurse filled out for me. Then Dr. Taylor came in. No urgency here! She took up time with me and listened. Never have I experienced Dr with such compassion, proactive and very smart. The anxiety I have experienced with some tests prior to my visit has diminished thanks to Dr. Taylor. The lady that took my blood was awesome and compassionate . Last but far from least the schdeuling coordinator was great she had everything scheduled within minutes..talking 4 different tests.. GRATEFUL TO ATHENS NEUROLOGIST AND TEAM

My experience was great seeing Holly Collier and Dr Poling. Holly was very thorough, easy to understand and I appreciated her knowledge and caring! She works with Dr Poling. Dr Poling was very kind and compassionate. He explained things in a way that made sense to me. Great staff and service.

Been with Dr Wimpey and Miranda for quite a few years now. I am a retired Paramedic so I really appreciate the way they actually listen and hear your unique story and encourage your input. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Also like the reminders. GREAT CARE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My experience with Athens Neurological Associates was outstanding. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was kind, courteous, highly skilled, and compassionate. They actually listened to me, paid attention to my history and records, and provided more than one option for treatment. They understood the excruciating nature of neuropathic pain and did not judge me for needing relief. I trust them with my health, and I haven’t felt that way about any medical professional for a long time.

The doctors and staff are exceptionally warm, kind, and caring. From the moment that I first arrived, they made me feel at ease and that my well being is their first priority. A huge shout out to Dr. Fleenor and Eric my MRI technician for being so amazing and understanding of how I am feeling and what I am going through.

I visited Athens Neurological Associates on Thursday April 28th. I had the distinct honor of seeing Dr. Denise Taylor and WOW!! I am a retired Nurse Practitioner in Womens Health for the past 40 plus years after serving in the United States Air Force. In all my years I have never had the opportunity to meet such a wonderful, warm hearted , exceptionally intelligent , thorough and HUGE HEARTED AND LOVING Doctor in any of the Doctors I ever met! She spent so much time with me over 2 hours and I know had it been a different situation we would have been close friends. It’s also a good thing she chose such a specific field to practice in because if for example it had been Primary Care she would have never gotten breaks, lunch and would be charting at 10PM!! She wouldn’t have a family to go home too!!! So I guess you can clearly see how much I think of her and prays she never changes! God Bless Dr. Taylor and all the great staff.

This office has horrendous service. The actual neurologist I met with once was great, but every other experience I have had with them involving their front office has been horrible. I have currently been on hold for over 20 minutes, calling them because they never called ME after I was referred to them by a neurosurgeon. I would never use this office by choice. I have repeatedly left messages for multiple nurses and gotten no response. Too bad you can’t give no stars. And before they respond that I am not a patient, this is Andrea Goff, Kyle’s wife.
