Since 2012, Athletic Asylum CrossFit at White Marsh has been driving our members to reach their fitness goals with the world’s best training in everything from powerlifting to calisthenics. There are no mirrors, machines or treadmills here, just 10,000 square feet of barbells, dumbells, pull-up bars, rings, jump ropes and more. This is more than a gym: Our box is a supportive community where everyone knows each other. We work out together and get stronger together. One member’s success belongs to us all, and that mutual support is what drives us to achieve more than we could on our own.
