Exile is an 8,400 square foot facility that offers an array of resistance training equipment (vintage Hammer Strength, Body Master, Life Fitness), free weights, power rack, squat racks, and cardiovascular equipment (treadmills, bikes, stair steppers, and rowers).
We also have specialized cross training equipment including: Ropes, Kettle Bells, Bosu Balls, and Tires.
