We are located in Rosedale, Maryland. It is a locally owned independent company and was founded in July, 2002.
We have Zumba, BODY PUMP, BODY STEP, Kickboxing, Zumba Sentao and R.I.P.P.E.D. Classes as well as Personal Training by "Mary Edith" availble at our Ladies Only club. We have a non-intimidating, clean and family like atmosphere. You will be totally relaxed at our club so you can concentrate on yourself and your workout and not whether someone is always watching you and make you feel uncomfortable like you may feel at those bigger clubs. Our age range is from 11 years old to 87 tears old so as you can see, Every one fits in at our club. You also have a wide variety of plans to choose from, and we can find a plan to fit your budget.
