Everyone is kind, patient, and efficient. Everything is hygienic and well-kept. There are places for kids to do activities in the waiting rooms and stay distracted. They still have some COVID-19 protocols like required masks and wellness checks to ensure safety.
If I could give zero stars I would. The Pediatric staff that answers the phone is absolutely out of this world RUDE, Dismissive, they hang up on you and don't care what your problem is or if your child is dieing or not. THE worst customer service ever! I chose this place as we are new to the area but came from another Atrius health that treated my kids and my family with care and respect. This is a disappointment and I will make sure everyone knows to not enroll their children here.
Bad experience with the staff on the phone during scheduling an appointment and with Dr Eileen Semancik. Very bad customer service and they don't care about customer satisfaction.
Just paid a co pay to tell them what i told them over the phone. The railroaded me into an appt. I didn't need. Instead of sending me to get the mamogram that was i was scheduled past due because of covid. The mamogram orfer was still still good. This was just a way to get money for an unnecessary appointment
