This review is for the Pharmacy. Had never used it until the other day. I should have been using all along as they are some of the nicest people around. They were helpful in finding everything I needed and answering all my questions in a quick and responsive way that will make me use them from now on. It was nice to deal with people that did not make you feel like you are disturbing them, as that is how I normally feel trying to get the attentions of any other pharmacy I have used in the past years. I give them 6 stars if I could. Thank you for all your hard work.

Calling in to schedule an appointment. The person taking the call was very rude. She was rush and short. At some point I feel like she was yelling at me on the phone. Highly recommend to provide your front desk staff some customer service trainings. Patients are customers too. We don't deserve to be treated this way when we are trying to make an appointment. There are plenty of health office out there that can do physical checkup. Thanks

***this is an update to my review*** Our son had an allergic reaction to his amoxicillin this morning. Gave Benadryl and then called back. No appointments available at all. Told to just go back to the urgent care. The days of getting an appointment for your sick child are over. We have medical staff terrified of getting sniffles. They act like you’re radioactive when you walk in there. It’s just absolutely sickening. This place is terrible. Our son developed a dark red ear on Saturday. Was pulling on it all day long and had fevers. Classic sign of a ear infection. Called to get him seen by his pediatrician and they refused to see him. Told us to wait until tomorrow. Today his fevers were getting worse, went to urgent care and, wait for this shocking news…HE HAS AN EAR INFECTION. This facility has been awful since covid started. If these doctors are that afraid of getting sick they need to hang it up and find a new profession. The rest of us moved on 2.5 years ago. Absolutely terrible.

I have been going to this office since I was a child , however after today we will be switching to a new office. My NINE month old boy was set to have shots and upon arriving at the lab we were ignored until the lady at the front desk rudely told us to sign in with the sign in sheet. We moved past this since everyone has their bad days , once we were called to the back we entered the room to get the shots. Dr. Sam Ventellori I don’t know if I’m spelling that right was extremely unprofessional and behaved in a manor I would expect out of a 19 year old with an ego problem. However , once we sat in the chair , the front desk lady had pulled my boys arm to pull up his sleeves and he began crying immediately because she accidentally hurt him. I know she hurt him because he’s my son and he began crying right away , which he doesn’t do. She then proceeded to hold down his arm in a twisted motion while Dr. Sam beckoned that my 9 month old son needs to calm down or he’s not gonna do the shots. My girlfriend asked if they could do it in the foot and we were poorly explained that no they cannot do that once the baby is walking. My 9 month old doesn’t walk We accepted this , however Dr. Sam continued to yell at us about how he has been doing this for 38 years , etc. More or less he told us to leave if we didn’t want to have the shots so we left because it was extremely uncomfortable , unprofessional, and disgusting. Dr. Sam might have 38 years under his belt as a phlebotomist , but he has no experience talking to human beings like a normal person. Especially 2 young parents who are anxious about their son who’s going to have a needle poked into his arm. Disgusting behavior and absolutely appalling. Will never be going back

This is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. Been coming here for a long time and every time they show me why I need to switch offices. The doctors and staff are extremely rude and dismissive. Once my pcp left a few years ago I haven’t had one good experience. Every time I call the office I’m met with attitude and my appointments are never on time and on top of that I’m rushed out of my appointment. All in all this establishment is a joke and I would never trust them with your care. This Chelmsford office lacks empathy in a big way I would not recommend this office.

Lots of low ratings on here but I have to give a shout out to the OBGYN office. I've been going to this site for a year and a half and I've been treated great. Appointments have been easy to make via phone and the nurses have been pleasant.

Worst office. I have been going since I was a child. The care and communication have gone downhill over the last 9 years. Staff is rude and will just continue to transfer you and always say a nurse will call you back but they never do.Dr.Neili who have been placed with twice is the worst I have ever seen. He barely talked to me and then told me he didn’t know what to do for my constant migraines and back pain. Hopefully they will go away on there own he says.

The internal medicine department is rude from the to the nurse Rhonda and dr. Mehta. They are so rude, condescending and unhelpful. I would look at other health care providers to spar yourself from this mess of a office. This review isn't from one of my experiences but rather over the past several years. Yesterday was the last day I will tolerate this behavior.

Unable to diagnose my wrist problem. Spent over $1,000 for nothing. Horrible service from physical therapist and hand/wrist specialist. Not recommended at all! Go somewhere else or save your money.

This site is so unorganized & most of the staff is completely rude & unhelpful. Most of the staff will not help you but refer you to call someone else. I have been a patient here for years & the support & care has decreased 90%. The doctors & nurses do not answer your questions on my health portal for days. I needed a prescription refilled & my doctor was on vacation so no one could help me with a refill for 3 full days!! Unacceptable. I called multiple times a day asking them to refill & got a different nurse every time who was completely unhelpful & rude. I would not recommend this office & will be changing doctors asap.
