My experience at Audi Flatiron from the first introduction was excellent! Chris Pepper was off the charts-knowledgeable, friendly and MOST importantly, personable! Chris made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Looking for and buying a car is not always fun but Chris, Craig and Kristan made the transaction easy and smooth. I 100% recommend purchasing from them.
Vinny helped my husband and I find our dream car. This was our first experience buying a car, and in our late 20's, we often felt at other dealerships that we were not taken seriously due to our age, but from the start, Vinny was extremely helpful and kind to us and didn't make us feel pressured at all to make a decision. We called him out of the blue last Saturday afternoon after visiting another dealership and not finding anything we wanted to test drive. At Audi flatirons, there were so many options and we immediately knew we were in good hands. Vinny was knowledgeable, personable, and patient and we ended up deciding to buy a car, but we lived an hour away, and luckily they were able to hold the car for us until Monday. On Monday, Vinny had all the papers ready for us to sign and the process was pretty seamless. We then met with Dave from the Finance team, and he helped us get a great APR, better than we expected, and was very kind and explained everything to us very clearly. We felt very good about our decision to buy from this dealership due to their professionalism, expertise, and patience. We are so happy with our decision and cannot recommend Vinny, Dave and this entire dealership altogether!!
I have to tip my hat to this dealership for not only our buying experience but for our service experiences as well. We actually purchased a 2021 BMW 7series and not an Audi but with the quality of service we have received we would never be able to tell the difference. The sales team and finance department were top-notch and very easy to work with. Michael our sales guy has been incredible! Never have we experienced the quality of service that Michael has provided. He has called and followed up on our car purchased a few times and has gone above and beyond any expectation we could’ve had. I now would like to share our experience with the service department! We coordinated with the service department on a short vacation we were taking to drop the car off and pick it up the day we flew back into Denver. Our flight was delayed due to a medical emergency on the plane and we missed our connecting flight that was putting us back in Denver at 9:20 PM. I stayed in contact with the service department to let them know what was going on and they must’ve heard in my voice the disappointment of our travel day. We were going to have to get a hotel in Denver in order to pick up the car from the sales department the next morning. This is where the service has gone way above anything I could’ve ever imagined. Kenny and Marina coordinated to drop our car off at the airport and valet it. The keys were then made available to us with a valet ticket and we were able to drive home in our vehicle that night! I mean WOW! I know this was just a circumstance where the stars aligned but for them to have put this together to ease our mind and allow us to be in the comfort of our own home after 13 hours of traveling was just amazing. Hats off to this wonderful group at Audi flatiron!
I was a first time buyer and came with tons of questions and nerves and the whole team at the location was so kind, not pushy, informative and welcoming. I had picked out the specs I wanted in advance and they gave me a couple options in different price ranges that matched my description as well as arrival dates and the option to reserve in advance. They kept me informed throughout every step of my car’s journey to the location and the hand off was super smooth. They spent hours answering every question I had about loans, refinancing, going over extended options and features, how to use the vehicle; everything you could think of! Michael Tsuji was especially amazing to work with! Also really appreciate Dave going over all the finance options with me. This is a top notch location, highly recommend buying from here. Even if you are just starting to look around, this felt like a safe and welcoming space to make this big decision. Thank you to everyone at Audi flatirons!
This was our first car purchase at a dealership and Chris and Frenchy made our experience easy and fun. Very personable and professional. Definitely took the stress out of everything by explaining each step we were taking and encouraging us to ask any and every question we had. They were also very patient while we were battling some insurance issues which was much appreciated. We are so happy and excited about our purchase!!

Audi Flatirons provided such a positive experience for me. Buying a car is typically one of my least favorite things to do… However, Kristi provided the most “customer centric” service. Not only did she listen to what I was looking for but she also knew what she was talking about. My wife and I have owned 5 Audis and typically we know more that the salespeople. Kristi was on the same level as us. At no point did she pressure me into anything—the process was seamless. Kristan in Finance, ensured that I understood everything and was able to capitalize on all the incentives. It’s clear that the team has something very special here and everyone communicates effectively to ensure customer needs/wants are met—without falling through the cracks! I’ll be back for sure!
So much to share! Kristi is so much fun and not the "typical" car salesperson. She made us feel at ease and was truly great to work with. We loved being able to text with questions/schedule a time to come in/etc. We also had an excellent experience with Craig and David, as they put our deal together. We were so rushed the day we bought the car but all 3 were gracious and did everything they could to speed up the process for us. It was entertaining to see the team all cutting up with each other and having fun at work. It makes the whole experience more relaxing and fun for the customer! We have to give a shout out to the service department, too. They were able to squeeze us in for a clear mask and tint looks incredible, by the way! and that drop off experience was pretty much perfection. Easy, quick, friendly. Service is the part of car ownership we dread the most and, if today was any indication, it will not be anymore. Many, many thanks to Kristi, Craig, and David for a stellar experience. We are so happy with our fun, new car!
First and foremost I want to thank my sales professional Nevada! From the start to finish she was an A+ on every aspect. She is very knowledgeable about her products and working with her was truly amazing. My time spent at Audi was amazing. The finance lady was very helpful and I’m so grateful you guys were able to help me get into one of my dream cars. This dealership is fantastic and you guys gained a customer for life from the bottom of heart. Both Chris and Craig picked up that I am also a salesman and that I wanted a no-nonsense experience. They sensed this adeptly and we went through a highly efficient sale. There was a minor dealership fee but no dealership mark ups that we've been seeing across the industry. Audi of Denver will ask for an additional four to five grand for the same car I was looking at. Unfortunately - with the car market being the way it is in 2022, no one will have much room for bargaining below the MSRP. However, Craig was politely reasonable considering the circumstances. Aside from the critically bad dad joke tossed at me by Chris, the experience was one of the best I've had in a dealership. I'm kidding, Chris. Have a blast with that new monitor and best wishes on hitting goals for the last quarter.
