We absolutely love going to this store! The staff is so awesome! They greet the kids and really seem to be on their level. They all have different activities that they do in store for the kids. The last one we went to they got to make dough. My kids had so much fun. Also if you watch their sales their toys are cheaper than going to target a lot of times.
We love this store, I have 3 small grandchildren and it's a tough time trying to figure out what to get. It's so much fun though, they have everything. And the prices are very reasonable, it's one of the stores that we visit about every 3 to 4 months and in between they all talk about what they will get next time. But you need to set a limit on what your going going to spend before you go, because otherwise you will walk out of there with bags full because it's so fun. The people are great and it's a wonderful shopping experience for the kids.
I was going to take my 2 year old daughter into the store and get let her choose something out of the store. when we went to go inside we were told are mask's were no good and had to put a different mask on. we will not be shopping at the over priced Disney store anymore.
Friendly service and fun staff. My wife and I were supposed to be in Disney for 1 year anniversary but because of Covid had to put that on a hold. So we went to the Disney store and they let us take pictures as if we were in Disney. They have adult items to buy in this store which makes it fun for all ages.
I am really sorry to see this store closing. Rather than closing, I wish Disney would commit themselves to making the stores magical, entertaining and fun again, and have a greater variety of merchandise that appeals to all ages. I miss when they had more collectibles too.
Love the Disney store especially having kids! Right now they're having a black Friday sale earlier cause its Mickey mouse birthday so the deals are amazing! And you dont have to deal with the crazy crowd. So now is a great time to go shopping.
The worst disney experience I have ever had and I just came back from Disneyworld. Went into the store to return some items and the manager wanted to cheat me out by discounting the items I had bought by another 20% off, things I had paid $23.99 he was wanting to give me a refund of like $12! I had my receipts to prove how much I paid and was owed but he just kept saying there was nothing he could do. I called customer service and they were also confused as to why the manager was lowering the prices on all items but of course there was nothing they could do either. I has been extremely frustration trying to return these items. I have never had such experience in any other store before, you pay for something and you return it within their allowable time frame but they want to give you less. Pretty much stealing from customers to pocket the money. Not satisfied at all.
I enjoyed shopping at this store. It was bigger than the others in the Denver area. I was sad the Disney store closed at the Aurora Mall but I am glad we discovered this store. We found some great items and some great bargains. We are Disney fans. We will be going on a Disney Cruise soon. We will be shopping here again and at the Disney store at the Park Meadows mall. Their staff was great.
Apparently, my daughter gave two stars when playing with my phone. I have had nothing but good experiences in this store. The ladies I have spoken to have been very friendly and helpful. The sale prices are awesome!
We visit the Disney store once every 3 months , its a long drive for us but always worth the drive , tons of great deals. We get our daughter a big plush for $10 , and some clothes . last time we were there they had there giant buzz lightyear toy normally $40 for on sale for $20. We got one and a plush for $25.00 . very helpful staff and fun atmosphere, they have a sit down area for the kids that always has a movie or cartoons playing.
