Literally the worst I’ve ever experienced when it comes to car cleaning/detail. I paid for the most expensive option they had just to leave with a car not even cleaned whatsoever and damage to the interior. Extremely upsetting and all I got in return was a refund. But who’s going to have to deal with the interior that was damaged? Me. This is 1 photo of the damage done. This was after I left! You can tell just in this picture that my car wasn’t cleaned inside WHATSOEVER. Makes no sense at all.  But as I read the other reviews, this is not an isolated incident! Wish I would have read them before because the value of my car just went down!

These guys are awesome, couldn’t have asked for better customer service! They deserve a raise for how hard they’re working out there in the summer heat! They got my car looking right after I’ve been out of the country for months and my friend had it parked under a tree.

Have been using this location to clean my Ioniq 5 roughly weekly for over a year now and have been consistently pleased with the job they have done. The staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. Car is cleaned well and handled diligently and quickly. Any issue I’ve had have been addressed by the GM in a timely manner. Can highly recommend this location.Services:&nbsp;Auto detailing

Not sure what the $40 interior/exterior car wash was supposed to cover but clearly should have been more than they did. Yes they vacuumed but apparently no wiping down the interior and this cost $40! This was not the 1st time I've been disappointed and will not be going back.Services:&nbsp;Auto detailing

I subscribe to the unlimited interior and exterior car clean. I pay over $60 per month for the service and believe me the service is subpar. I just left this location and I told the young man that my seat was still dirty and had crumbs in the seat and he told me that they don’t do the seats with the car wash. I will be deactivating my plan and I will never come to Autobell again because this is ridiculous. This is not the first time I’ve had bad service from the location on Virginia Beach Blvd. or Independence  Blvd. I’m throwing my money away at this point. I can wash my car myself or go to the longshoreman hall on Princess Anne Road; those guys do a phenomenal job

I bring both of my cars here 2-3 times a week.Today was almost the worst car detailing I’ve ever experience until Timothy explain a couple things about their detailing and took care of everything the previous worker didn’t do to my car.Seems as if she was new and didn’t want to get her hands wet or dirty.I would recommend everyone to come here and ask for Timothy.Such a nice and hard working gentleman.Keep up the great work sir.I ended up giving him all the cash I’m my wallet.That’s how great of a job he did !!! They did a great job on cleaning the inside and outside of my car. They were super friendly and helpful also very quick and efficient.Services:&nbsp;Polishing

Not impressed   PICS BELOW . lifted floor mats and there were  leaves underneath.   ran finger over dash and got a pile of dust. Floormats looked hosed but not cleaned just because they were wet but still dirtyALSO 30.99 service but somehow charged 39.99  WTH

The quality of the car wash is sub par at best. While I don't expect an automated washer to hit every nook and cranny I would at least expect it to be able to properly clean my hood and my rear bumper. While the staff are very polite and friendly their attention to detail is mediocre. I was told to throw any trash in the floor I needed vacuumed up yet they didn't vacuum any of it. I had to remind the staff to clean it up. I ended up paying $73 to have my car fully cleaned and the quality did not match the price. If you were to go to any autobell I would highly suggest only paying for an exterior wash. If you rather have your car thoroughly and properly cleaned I suggest looking in the area for a local detailer that can do a better job for the same or lower cost.
