Had to do some digging from NY trying to get a replacement shelf for my fridge which nobody had in stock. Came across these guys and they had it! Arrived just a few days after my order and was a perfect fit. They have a solid reputation while all the other appliance part sites had heavy baggage and an actual person answered the phone when I called to confirm that the part I ordered was actually in stock and shipped. Excellent!
Avoid this place. They sold me the wrong part for my drier and when I went back to return it the guy with glasses would look at the bag like I stole something from it and then just threw the returning receipt on the counter without saying a word. Nice way to send customers to Other places.
no wonder why everything is going amazon or elsewhere brought some mechanical parts for gas stove to compare em to be easy for the person but he said he needs model # he couldn't doit out of his experience he don't care hesaid I would take that but next customer came to another sale person for simular reason for stove grill without m# and the guy started comparing for him

This business was very helpful and cares about it's customers, thanks to Wayne. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had the right part for my GE dryer because there was no tag available and the belt was destroyed. Thanks Wayne for being caring and understanding, this is something that is rare in customer service today.
This place is awesome hands down!The woman on the phone finds parts faster than google and is very nice! I have purchased a heating element and now a tub seal gasket from them for my Samsung dryer and Washer respectively. Their prices were very very competitive. I will Definitely continue to do business with Automatic Appliance vs waiting for an online part. So happy places like this exist still, especially when you need the part ASAP!
What an awesome parts store! They had a compressor relay/capacitor for my Frigidaire refride/freezer that no other store had within 50 miles in stock! Ryan helped me out big time! On a side note, all the staff were very nice to my 2 little girls that were not very happy to be in a parts store with me. I would highly recommend this place!!
glad to have a store like this in the neighborhood, and i am sure i will visit them when an appliance of mine fails. i do not like their return policy, as other stores are more lenient on electrical components. they lost my business in favor of an online retailer, from whom i bought two parts, one of which fixed my washer, the other was gladly taken back and funds were returned.
First oh I would like to say thank you so much to Christine. You are a angel this store is remarkable like a dream come true. I had to go in and get a holes and I called her and or I called Automatic appliance parts which is located at 7757 W. Lawrence Ave. in Norridge IL.When I called her and I told her what I needed she said that sure come on then we might have a universal one I brought my part in and when she saw it we actually both learned some thing because she didn’t when she saw it she was kind of like well she didn’t know what I was talking about but she was awesome I have to say she was just awesome she looked at it and she said yes we have that part it was a little bit more than what she had told me the first time but it was well worth it from Ed we hooked it up to my washing machine and it works perfect versus me having to buy a whole new washer.So thank you automatic appliance parts you guys are amazing I can’t tell you how thankful I am and I am going to make sure that I let my friends and family and anyone I know that may need something that maybe not they can’t find it any other store I like Home Depot or Lowe’s or Menards the story is it I love it thank you
A place to find parts for your appliances and beyond. I called in my order and it was ready for me when I got there. I was pleased that I got the part for basically would have paid for it on Amazon or any online retail store. Very knowledgeable sales people with loads of experience in the field. If they don't know the answer they definitely know someone who does. Fast and friendly service with mostly a smile. Please go here for the parts you need. I fixed my washing machine for 30 bucks...
