Kristy Crosslin I can't say enough great things about this establishment and it's employees. We needed to get a vehicle for the weekend and EVERY place we checked said sold out! They told me that there weren't ANY cars ANYWHERE! We were beginning to think that we were going to have to cancel everything, until... I called AVIS/BUDGET as my last ditch effort to try to salvage our family trip, told them our situation and they not only had A vehicle... they were able to actually give us a CHOICE of vehicles!! Not sold out! And were more than helpful to me. YAY!! Our family trip was SAVED by AVIS/BUDGET Car Rental and their employees!! Thank y'all Soo much!! By the way, we were also just as impressed by the 2020 Kia Sorento we were able to rent, it made our 11 hour drive way more comfortable! I will recommend AVIS/BUDGET and the vehicle to everyone I know. So, again... Thank you.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. First off, the ladies working the desk looked annoyed that I came in, I guess because I was interrupting them eating their sandwiches at the desk. One of them in a rude fashion told me they won't rent me a car because my credit score wasn't high enough. First off, I've never heard of a rental car company requiring a credit check, and second, they did not even warn me about checking my credit. So not only did they not provide me a rental vehicle, but my credit got dinged by an unsolicited credit check. Stay far and away from this company! And please teach your employees some customer service!
Rented a van and was charged more than what I signed for. Then called corporate and told them and they assured me I would get those extra charges back and a 30 off for my rental. This did not happen, so I called and the lady was really rude telling me I was wrong when i had a print out of my bank statement in hand. Then she said well corporate cant even apply anything like that because we are not associated with them, we are our own entity. Then got loud and said I didn't deserve any kind of money back and kept yelling over me while I was trying to speak. Long story short, I would not recommend this specific avis to anyone. They are crooked and deceitful. Worst rent a car experience ever.
This Avis- specifically Donna, couldn't have provided better customer service! I was stranded one evening following my flight to the local airport when I realized the rental car company I booked with was located 3 miles away. 3 miles isn't far if Uber/Lyft was an option but not in this small town! I walked over to Avis from the airport and even though they were closed, the sweetest employee happened to be there helping another customer after hours- Donna. She was already going over and beyond helping him after hours he was in a car accident but then she offered to help me with my situation. Long story short and with MANY more ways Donna went over and beyond, I just wanted to say thank you for helping me in a time of need! I travel for work and customer service like this just doesn't exist.
worst rental car experience. they add so many charges than any other rental car. NEVER RENT A CAR FROM THEM AND RENEW IT, they will charge you for tons of non sense charges . first and last time to go with AVIS
Did all rental online. Lowest Prices in town. When I picked the car up it did not take but 10 mins. The employees were so sweet. Thanks ladies!

Always courteous and reasonable would recommend to any one.
