Love renting cars from them.  Always an easy process

Good place to rent a car but they very rarely have any cars on short notice so book 2 weeks ahead

I have always had a great experience using Long Lewis rental cars. Will not be using them again. Checked about a rental for November and am in total shock. Less than a year ago my family got a rental to the Smoky Mountains for $400. When I checked today for a rental for the same number of days I was quoted a price of $1100 for the same vehicle. I could not believe the price increase. Going from $400 to $1100 is an unbelievable price increase. I could understand a reasonable increase but that is unrealistic. I will not be using Long Lewis for rentals again. That increase is beyond reasonable. The service person told me the owners made the increase and they could do nothing about it. Other people can pay that kind of price if they choose but I refuse to do so. That rental price for a vehicle is more than what I would be paying for a super nice cabin for the same number of days . Everytime I needed to rent a vehicle I have went to long lewis. This time I sent several online entries for a rental way before I actually needed the vehicle and they never got back in touch with me. Well I decided to call instead and they told me they didn't have any vehicles they was all booked up that I should have called sooner. What's the point in having an online entry if they don't get in touch with you.

We rented from this place because of a wreck my daughter was involved in. It's the only place that doesn't require an outrageous security deposit, and will rent to someone under 25. They fixed us up on my lunch break, and they have super nice cars to choose from.

My family has always used Long Lewis to rent our vehicles when we go on vacation. The vehicles are always so clean and you can tell they take great care of them. My problem is with the customer service. I can never get ahold of anyone there on the phone and they are never friendly when I go inside either. I put in a request over a month ago for a vehicle and no one ever called me. I called 3 times during this month of waiting, at different times of the day to make sure I wasn’t calling when they were busy, and they would never answer. I finally went up there and was told that the online rental tool is not a good tool. I do not think they should have the tool as an option if no one will call you back. Again, we have had great experiences with Long Lewis rental, but the customer service and follow up is always lacking.

Jason is the best. I have now rented from them twice in the past month and it is the easiest smoothest rental. They have great rental vehicles and take pride in their vehicles. Will most definitely go back to them again.

Rented several cars, have been "loaned" vehicles. They make the process smooth, quick, and easy. Very flexible, will work.with you to resolve your transportation problems. Highly recommend both their Rental and Quick Lane service!

Absolutely the best business and employees I have ever seen, Very easy to work with and they go out of their way to accommodate every need!
