Amazing and friendly staff. Car was super clean and fair priced. Rental process was extremely easy. They were a breath of fresh air after dealing with a dealership nightmare. I will happily give them my business again in the future!

I was able to locate the rental office easily. This particular location was chosen because it was close to where I was staying. I was able to pick up my rental within 20 minutes. Charles was very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. He helped me pick out an alternate car from the one chosen based on my reservation. The car given had no issues and had a full tank of gas.

Very quick experience from pickup to drop-off. Just bring the car back at the correct gas level, hand over the keys and be on your way.

I rent here all the time , fast and courteous service the only complaint I have is the weekend hrs Sat they close at noon and Sundays is closed You are unable to rent a car for just one day on Saturday because they closed on Sunday so you must pay for 2 day rental to be able to return it on Monday to the same location

Had the most terrible experience ever with Avis. I was charged $1,100 dollars extra for charges that made no sense. I am a single mother of 4 including a newborn. They accused me of smoking in the car. I told them I have not ever touched a cigarette or anything. I expressed what proof they have and the company said a picture when asked to see the picture. They claimed it was a lie and didn't have proof but the representative still didn't apologize. I asked why did they assume this, and basically the representative said because I know how some Spanish people are. Shocked because I was clearly discriminated and had these biased actions towards me. She also expressed why would I a single mother not have my own car if I have money to rent one. Really? Is it your concern now to try and be in my personal life? I felt like this was done on purpose and I will he seeking legal help. Avis cannot continue this. Be careful and be aware.
