Old saybrook location is where it’s at! The customer service is outstanding. The availability is fabulous and they never up charge like other rental companies for things you don’t need!!! That is priceless. You will not get surprise charges on your bill. Highly recommend enterprise in Old saybrook!  Happy driving

I had a good experience with this Enterprise location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The car was spotless. I was in and out quickly. It’s easy to get to as it’s close to I-95.

Easy rental process and great shuttle service! Really unhappy about the returning the car to where I rented it.  Cost me way too much money for my situation.

I always use the cell phone app to confirm reservation and have a company account. Everything was great and the service in the office was very kind, but my reservation keeps being sent to my brother who I put on as an extra driver last year when he visited for a funeral. The enterprise system made him the point of contact. This is just annoying more than anything. Oh well. Things could be worse.

Enterprise in Old Saybrook, CT continues to have very kind, 'laid-back', highly knowledgeable employees year after year.  For a potentially stressful activity with several possible "unknowns" in the mix, they have the answers & the vehicles when you need them.  Thanks, Enterprise!

I picked up a vehicle at Boston Logan airport. By the time I got to my destination it was clear that the vehicle was unsafe.  I stopped at this location and spoke with a gentleman who offered to swap the car out for another, but it would be the next day.  I showed up the next day and he said, it would be the next day, at 4 PM.  I showed the next day at 4PM and there was a woman there who completely dismissed me, didn't give a rip about my driving an unsafe and unreliable vehicle I had to put air in a tire every day and told me there was no car, couldn't be bothered to help me.  I mentioned this to a friend and he told me he had a similar experience with this woman at the same Enterprise.  So, one person kept promising me stuff but never came through and one person just had no intention of helping me.  Do yourself a favor, go to the Enterprise office in New London. They dealt with the issue in 20 minutes the first time and were totally professional and caring.

We rented a car from Enterprise in Old Saybrook, CT during X-Mas time 2021.  We have rented from them before.  They have always been very friendly and had our car waiting for us.  I highly recommend them.

Personnel were extremely helpful, accommodating, and professional. Took no more than 15 minutes to "check" out the car and about the same time to return it. Will make the Old Saybrook location my preferred site to rent.

We booked a full size SUV months before our trip. They had one for us when we arrived but unfortunately we had a lot of problems.  They made it right.  This is why I would rent from them again. You can know that if you have issues with the rental they will make it right.
