Having to place our precious 98 yoa aunt in a nursing home was something I dreaded, but when the time came that we were forced to do it, Azle Manor really came through. From the aides to nurses to therapists to administrators I can give no higher thanks and recommendations. Not only were they kind, loving and patient with our aunt, but also with us as we adjusted. Our aunt passed away and they even made that experience beautiful.
My dad enjoyed being here he lived there for about 4 years, about age 97-100 and he previously had never wanted to live in a nursing home. They had lots of activities, and even took them out like on field trips to places, and I was welcome to visit and participate in activities with him. I still visit Azle Manor even though my dad has gone to Heaven!
This is the third home we have placed my dad in and by far the best. The staff is very kind and caring. They provide excellent care and really do their best to make it feel like home.
My dad was transferred there for rehab after a fall. Dr. Kris Porter withheld medically necessary medication from my dad for the entire 7 days he was in the institution. She put him a severe risk of heart attack and/blood clots for which he had just suffered a stroke a few weeks before. Her disregard for his health is inexcusable. Additionally, the staff dressed my dad in someone else's clothes and failed to give him a bath for 7 days. Stay away for your families heath.
Azle Manor has a great team behind the scenes making sure that their residents have the best care and quality of life. Thank y'all for being such an integral part of our community!
They have the greatest Team, you can tell they really enjoy what they do. Everyone is kind, compassionate and really care about the residents
My dad had a really good experience while at Azle Manor for rehab - the staff were all very nice, helpful & took great care of him. The staff in the physical therapy area went above & beyond to motivate & care for my dad & get him to the point where he was able to go home & I will never be able to thank them enough for how well they took care of him!!

My Dad was at Azle Manor he passed away. My Step- Mom is still there. Words can not express how awesome this nursing home is. I can give many examples, but the latest is about the physical therapy department. Don manages that department and he is great. Jessica recently worked with my Step-Mom and when she was done, she painted her finger nails. Not in her job duty description, but this is what caring people do. When my Dad was alive, they also took such good care of him. Kip is the Director and he is the best! His hiring practices stand out. Thank you Allison, the Social Director. This lady is amazing. She plans super fun events for the residents. I can’t say enough about the wonderful people at Azle Manor!
