Been taking my family here for almost 10 years, we love it, that staff is kind and accommodating. We have never had any issues. People on here complaining about wait times, every doctor's office, including the dentist, there are wait times. The doctors are very intelligent and have great bedside manner as well.

Is this location no longer taking appointments???? Everytime i call its a no on appointments... And gotta be a walk in. .. i show up... Oh we are full come back for the afternoon or tomorrow .. Parents have to work to provide for our kids... This location is really close to me and its sad how far they have fallen since covid... Ive been coming here for 8 yrs... I love Dr. Wade . At this point its just frustration

TERRIBLE, DON'T GO! Incompetent staff, terribly long wait times, in person and on the phone EVERY time you call or go in. Repeated calls have to be made to correct mistakes on prescriptions written Every visit. Extremely frustrating to deal with the entire staff, they just don't care. Currently looking for a real doctor elsewhere. Save your time and money and the headache and skip this place all together. This used to be a "tolerable" office when Dr. Lonergan was still here, it has gone extremely downhill since he left. Just today, Karla placed me on hold for more than an hour to check on a refill status for me, never returned to the phone. The staff does not respect your time, I've even noticed when I've been in, the phones ringing off the hook, and staff sitting around talking and complaining about how many calls are coming in, and when confronted with the issue of customer service? They blame it on the "new system". NO accountability whatsoever. Beyond DONE with this place. TRUST ME, go elsewhere!!!!!

Kristina at the front desk went above and beyond to help my client Rebecca. Kristina spoke with Rebecca's insurance company and made it possible for her to see a doctor after we had gotten false information from her insurance company. Kristina was kind , compassionate and professional. A great patient advocate! It's nice to know people still care!

I like the staff and the Dr's and NP I have seen here, however they make a lot of mistakes. I have had to call about getting my prescription sent to pharmacy often. They have also written incorrect dates on my prescription so I couldn't to get my prescription. My husband doesn't understand why I still go here due to all the problems I have had getting my medication on time.

This place feels like a government run facility. There is one lady at the front desk that is particularly rude, and likes to belittle you. I brought my son in here because he is sick, i didnt come jn here to argue with someone who thinks they are top dog and has to interject themselves into a conversation that has nothing to do with them. The wait times here are usually extensive, and there are printed out signs everywhere that informs you of all these extra bs charges you may incur. This place really needs and overhaul, but i guess in the medical field its out of absolute need that brings the patients in, not the warm atmosphere or the friendly faces, thats certainly not the case around this terribly drab place.

PA Assistant West is the worst,she mis-diagnosed me and I ended up in emergency room she has a horrible bedside manner, and when I called her on it she stormed out of the room and threw the papers down said I had to see someone else, wow we pay these people to treat us . We have the say on what we want to be treated for and how we want to be treated. She should listen and have empathy. Dr Gonzales however 5 Stars if you have a choice pick him. Cant go wrong.

This place is a joke. The office staff is rude... you never see a real dr. Only nurse practitioner's. The walk in clinic is even worse they stop taking patients at 1045 so they are not late for lunch... and their office is completely empty. Been using this clinic for years and because of convenience I never have changed and I'm flat out disgusted with myself and the office just for keeping my kids here

The receptionists there have no sense of urgency. They are rude when they answer the phones and they never update the information. My husband and I have been going to them for years and we have moved twice and they still have our old address. if you want to waste your time going here, be my guest but we will definitely be going elsewhere from now on.

They sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. The lady at the front desk said they check their messages between patients. Too late. My mom was waiting at the correct pharmacy. It's even written all over my paperwork which pharmacy I use. So incompetent.
