The concept and grounds are fabulous.  I booked thru a private owner. Who never took responsibility. Was never disclosed to me that I would be next to construction all day right next door. Had to smell a port a potty for the whole time. Also if you don’t speak French you will be made to feel very uncomfortable in our own USA. I would not recommend this resort at all.

A nightmare experience. I made reservations here more than six months ago. When we pulled in for our reservation on a Sunday, we were told that we could not come in because we were in a “truck”, i.e. a brand new, 2022 Super C. I knew their Class A policy from online, which is why I called to book. I was told by someone in the office that would be fine.  Once turned away, we couldn’t reach anyone else to book for the night because it was a Sunday afternoon, and Super Bowl Sunday to boot. They were totally unfriendly, unsympathetic and treated us like we were deadbeats. And this place cost $250 a night. We better get a full refund tomorrow for our prepaid nights. Kudos to the wonderful people at Walmart for letting us spend a night in their parking lot even though they normally do not permit it.

Horrible customer service. As soon as I called the older lady cut me off before asking my question then proceeded to ask me did I I have a class A coach once I said no she said you cannot come here, bye! To no avail not even concerned with what I needed to ask. If you dislike your position try being in the background.

This is one of the best RV parks / residences I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend.

Lots of fun at the RV PARK visiting good, lifelong family friends!!    Shout out to Holly & John Dundore's for such a great time and had lots of fun visiting their  beautiful, unique Tiki House/RV lot with my family and our kids. Cool community pool and lots of fun swimming with our young little ones. Great hospitality, hosting, yummy cigars lol, good food and great times!! Thanks again for having our Netley family and Thomas family over for all the good memories. Good times ‍‍‍

Been at Aztec for a month now, very nice resort, amenities are kept up nice. Yes about 60% of the Resort is French/Canadian but everyone we have visited with have been friendly.  The area outside the resort is just fine we fill safe night or day on or off the resort.  Every Friday night the English speaking group gets together for Happy Hour, Thursday the entire park has Happy Hour with entertainment.  I would say negative comments/reviews are extremely critical people as we have not seen any of the issue people had in prior reviews.  Glad that we made the choice to try the place out… no regrets!

We arrived there they couldnt find our information and told us to come back in an hour.  We have a 40 ft rv not the easiest to get around in.  Then we went to set up and no cable tv, we called and they said we could pick up the box on tuesday, that was 4 days later.  We called 48 hours in advance to cancel they said to bad so sad.  The people were very rude.  The bottom line is it sucked!

I am only leaving 1 star because there are no ways to put negatives or zeros. THATS HOW AWFUL THIS PLACE IS. We had previously discovered this RV park in early 2021. Our stay was perfect! We decided to book again the summer of 2022. Our stay the 2nd time will be the last. I am not sure what has transpired in such a short period of time for us to have had a horrible experience. We arrived at the RV park and they had a "3rd party" check us in that had no clue about the park. We got to our site with a class A 34ft RV and the power source was broken and we were only pulling 14amps of power. We tried calling the # on the paper and no one would pick up, even after leaving several messages. We had to run power on our generator in the dead of summer and discovered the pool was empty trying to cool our kids down. Not once was it communicated that the pool would be empty. We never successfully got in touch with anyone live and ended up shortening our visit and left. They still charged us full fee and did not work with us on our concerns nor seemed to care. I will never return here again.

I have been reading many of the reviews, When we found the resort we were incredibly impressed by the beauty of the park. I think for most people a smile will go a long way. The park spots are own by most of the residents. and many rent them throughout the year. The park is quiet over 55 but there are many families that visit during the winter months yes from Canada, The park has over 200 + English speaking American's & Canadians in the park and we have a very active group and very friendly who care for each other. We started here as renters and within the first month we purchased. We have met many of the French' Canadians and 90% of them are very nice and easy to get to know and very friendly. So when you come to stay ask about the English groups we get together every week at the club.
