The services provided by the dedicated and compassionate staff at B Street are absolutely crucial to the community, and deserve to be loudly proclaimed to the highest. The great aid to those in our community suffering from homelessness, substance use, and the general injustices faced by BIPOC, are the best in the city. Despite low funding and, from my understanding, effectively negative profit, shortstaffedness, and the general struggles of working in healthcare, the good people remain committed to the noble task at hand. It is far from easy, and can lead to frustration in certain ways, but the only way that can improve is if people are aware of and recognize the help B Street needs, and work to help provide that aid. Perhaps I'm biased - I used to work there - but, I think my inside insight has provided me with a clear view, amidst the honor of working with such incredible people. Cheers to all. Here's to helping our neighbors, always.
My Doctor I see through them is great and the only reason I'm not giving them 1 star in this review. They never answer their phones. They never return messages left for them. If they say they will call you back, make sure you call them back because they will NOT call you back. Trying to get anything setup through their office staff is a nightmare if you can even manage to get a hold of one of them. I don't dare change the prescriptions setup by my doctor in-between visits or attempt to reschedule visits as the success rates for either of these options are exceptionally low. Poorly trained staff that do not respond to patients. Good Doctors, poor office staff.
My primary care provider is wonderful she's the only reason this is two stars instead of one. HOWEVER. Every time I try to refill my prescription, they mess it up. I don't know if it's the nurse they direct me to, the reception staff, or my psychiatrist, but every. Single. Time I am left without my medication for DAYS while they fix it. I am left to call back several times a day because they never call me back on time. I will be finding another medication manager because this is detrimental to my mental health. Would not recommend if you take medication.
Tried to call for a prescription refill. Waited on hold for 5 mins before being automatically sent to a full voicemail box. Called again and tried other menu options only to be sent to the same full mailbox. So apparently they don't answer any calls at this point. Impossible to get an appointment even for urgent but not emergency things. Don't recommend!
They are thorough and care for their patients. I felt like I wasnt just a number but a patient. She heard and addressed all of my concerns with trying to end appointment to the next patient. Thank you!
B street is the best place I know I found the best doctor in the world there! For real you got some good doctors there my doctor is awesome
over a month just to meet w someone to set up primary care? how long will it take to be seen for actual health issues? ontop of this, the privacy issues coming to light are really concerning. hire more staff, and train them better. maybe the vatican can sell some of its gold to cover the bill idk
I love this practice! Yes it's busy... because they're good. Very thorough, competent and caring staff . I am fortunate to have Dr. Brewer, a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor.
Terrible ethics it shouldn't take 2 weeks to return a patients call... let alone not even document, calls or to treat patients with lack of empathy, care or concern!
These people do absolutely NOTHING at all. Wait 2 weeks to be seen? Ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would.
