Kundalini Yoga is for people who want increased health and spiritual connection. Each class contains a set of yoga exercises, a relaxation and a meditation. The movement, breath, and mantra chanting are used to heal the body, balance the emotions and focus the mind. Classes may be challenging and are always different. You don't need to be flexible or strong to practice Kundalini Yoga, just be open to trying something new.
