Love shopping for deals there! They have the cutest selection of toys for the kids. They really work hard on organizing the store and it makes it easier to find the toys your looking for! I love shopping for clearance items as well! Seems like children out grow toys super fast these days! One week they want a specific you and the next week they are board with it and asking for a new one! Love shopping at toys R us!!!

Clean, organised, and found the product I was looking to buy. Also, the employees were really nice and helpful. Update: This place will remain open. I'm happy to learn this as the place is still friendly and clean and the cashiers and workers helped me get all I was looking even if it took some time. Love coming to this place with my toy needs.

So glad I went into the store! I was browsing 8 different gift options on Amazon, and couldn't make up my mind. I went into Toys R Us and actually seeing the toys made the choice so much easier! I wound up picking something I hadn't even considered on Amazon and it ended up being my little guy's favorite gift.

I would highly suggest that they get a janitor to clean their bathrooms. No one wants to use something that looked like that when we went to go use the bathroom. We went somewhere else. Everything else in the store is nice and neat, but those bathrooms got them three stars instead or four or five. I like that they have the birthday club. We love their toys and games. It's sad that so many stores closed, but if all of their bathrooms looked like that, I can see why.

Nothing is more fun than a real toy store. They can simply carry a wider variety of toys than any large department store you section. I needed to kill an hour before an appointment while traveling with two young boys. I took them here and easily kept them entertained fort the full hour. My oldest grabbed some multiplication flash cards and a small Lego set and my youngest grabbed a few construction trucks. I also noticed security monitoring there parking lot...a nice bonus. My only complaint is that the prices seem about 10% too high. But still...I miss the full sized toy stores of my youth and am happy to see some are still around.

Great!!! Employees helped us return/exchange an item with no problems. It took maybe 2 minutes. All 3 employees that helped were very pleasant with big smiles on their faces. GREAT EXPERIENCE. Thank You

Wasnt the same. Going out of business is like losing my favorite toy store. They have some things you cant find anywhere else. Things that were made for that store specifically. Now the shelves are bare and some kids wont know ever what its like to be a kid where a kid CAN BE a kid. Ya know.

As a geek neering 40, I have been to a lot of Toys R Us stores. This one has very good personnel, even at holiday rush season. In a perfect world, there are never problems, but since this is the real world, at least the employees work toward a solution that makes me feel important and don't abandon me if it gets hard. A few things that were remedied with good results were returns, lay-away, gift card, online purchases.

Store is pretty organized and seems much cleaner then it did a few years back. They employees are also fairly quick to offer assistance and checkout was very quick and painless.

So much merchandise, easy to get lost in he store, just looking at stuff. Going out ofbusiness but sale prices are still at 20-30% off the inflated regular price. I'll go back after prices drop more.
