Customer service? What is customer service is clearly beyond the concept of the three women employees working right now. With spending 15 minutes as the next person in line while all of you talk to the employee cashing out ONE item while you’re hacking about partying with a minor and hopeful of higher paychecks to come. Scenario: 2 people in front of me in line 4 people working at the customer service check out line, 2 registers open. THE ONLY one doing her job, was courteous, speedy, nice helped 3 people including myself; in the time the other 3 were still cashing out the person 2 ahead of me in line. I remember why I haven’t been here in 7 years… I do believe one of the three who was the most unprofessional, Cecily/Celeste whichever appeared to be a lead? I hope not because you are not conscious about guest experience. Also.. realize who can understand and hear when you are speaking about them.
I love their summer collection. I bought summer outfit for my whole family, shoes for kids , decor and a lot more. Price is pretty reasonable and affordable. Store is neat and organised ..staff is helpful , especially security uncle who arranged shopping cart for me as I had kid with me.
The store setup is ok, some branded items are cheap. The cashier is nice. Good deal.
They treat a certain kind of people nice here and expect another certain kind of people to steal can’t even do a return without them thinking the items were stolen
I've been trying to figure something out for the next few weeks and I'm going to go back to Marshalls for some nice stuff for my friend's birthday and get the things that is good for them and they are loving the new things,
I enjoy shopping at Marshall's. There something there for every occasion. Every event. Every season. Staff is friendly. Aisles are clean. Everything's organized. Clothes are trendy. Home decor is beautiful. I Always find something for everyone.
As soon as I walked in let me remind you I’m in a sweater & some leggings w/sandals on & hair up in a bun. I don’t appreciate the way the security at the door didn’t greet me like he did to other well dressed & “white” skinned. While I were looking at some clothes near the exit, I even heard him tell some older lady’s U HAVE A GREAT DAY before leaving the store. As soon as I was finished with paying…he’s literally standing there not saying nothing to me. Makes me feel really uncomfortable! I just got done with shopping at DDS and the security guard guy there ALWAYS AND FOREVER is friendly and greet everyone including me in rags at times with a warmth welcome!!!! I enjoy shopping at Marshals but you guys need to regulate on your guard!
This store is very dirty and unorganized. The parking lot is not safe…
They have a good selection of merchandise but their line to pay is ridiculous. There was like 20 people waiting to pay. I had a cart full of items and I just left them there. I was not going to wait 40 plus minutes to pay.
Store is kept relatively clean, considering the traffic. Their security is extremely polite, and assists with maintaining order in the store. Definitely a noticeable change, safer environment with the new security at the door.
