6 yrs ago I walked in Back in the Game with my daughter who had just had ACL surgery. When I tell you the spirit of God spirit in the building was for phenomenal. Then weeks in I knew 100 percent everyone had took a drug that don’t exist call the Happy Pill, Peaceful Joy Pill. Everyone in that place both in Dacula and Flowery Branch. Now I’m starting my PT in Dacula for my hip replacement surgery on the 18 September 2023. I know I’m in great hands. Thank for your service….I’m bless before God lead us to Back in the Game. Two reasons: the people who work there and the portal. The portal is helpful in that you can watch the video's on the exercises so as to make sure you are doing them correctly. The people there are friendly and helpful and take the time to answer questions without making you feel uncomfortable.
From first day to third day Back in The Game staff and Therapists have been Professional but yet personal & detailed in their program. What’s important is when a client walks in that person is important and their rehab begins. What a blessing it is to have found this place They truly are on top of their Game Place is extremely clean, they accommodate appointment times. Can’t wait for next appointment
I am SO glad that my doctor suggested BIG PT! Every staff member I've met are positive and easy-going people who seem to truly enjoy caring for their patients. Andrew has created an incredible plan for my care that will help me reach my personal health goals. The energy in the room is always upbeat and I spend most of my sessions laughing while we work which is great.
Back in the game is the best therapy facility I’ve ever attended. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I came suffering from sciatica and had difficulty walking. Andrew and the other staff worked on me for three visits. I came walking with a cane. Now I’m walking without a cane and very little pain. I would highly recommend BIG to anyone who needs to get better.

Highly recommend Andrew and the team at BIG Dacula. I am in the process of rehabbing a surgically repaired AC joint from a mountain bike accident. Andrew's therapy has me back doing the things I love - cycling and running. My surgeon was extremely impressed with my progress at my last check up and it's all thanks to BIG. BACK IN THE GAME is amazing. The moment you walk in you are greeted with friendly people. The Physical Therapists are constantly working you from every range of motion and giving you personal attention. They understand the way recovery works and their goal is to utilize their knowledge to help you reach your goals before an accident or injury. My PT was Andrew. Very attentive and actually listens and then prescribes my therapy according to me and my needs.
Ok, let's just be real: Back in the Game is hands down one of, if not the best physical therapy environments I've been part of. I've had two hip replacements of the same hip in a year I know, lucky me. Especially in my 30s. Since I walked into BIG the first time, I've been welcomed, supported and pushed. Deb at the front desk is always so kind. Jason and Kelly are awesome, although I am certain they enjoy causing pain, but in a good way. They truly push you to improve. I'm just over 3 weeks since my surgery and I'm walking unassisted with a minimal limp. When I'm there, they always keep tabs on how I'm feeling and my pain level. It's almost like a big family when you're there. Always laughter, jokes, and a light mood all while they are exceptional at their jobs. I've yet to meet any of the staff who isn't friendly.
