Gentility is one of the best jobs I have worked for this company showed genuine care to their staff and individuals. They treated everyone as extended family. During the time I was working there the owners would have cookouts for employees, and show appreciation to the staff constantly. While working as the Compliance Coordinator, I witnessed that the employees truly care about the individuals and ensure that their needs and wants are met first. The owners and staff goal and mission was to help and guide each individual to become as fully functional as possible and I witnessed some individuals progress tremendously. All of Gentility’s home sites were very clean and personalized to the individuals. I left this company due to I wanted to take a different career path in sales but, during my time there I met some great people.
I have worked for several companies like this of Gentility, The CEO and President of this company are awesome people to work for. The Atmosphere is alway Genuine, they truly appreciate their employees. They show it very often, I plan to make this company my career and helping them grow and help the developmental disabled reach their goals in whatever they Stride to do.
A very friendly and inviting environment. It is more like a family feeling. They make sure their patients are well taking care of. Highly recommended!
This is a horribly ran company their only concern is money They evict patients without notice No communication from staff One cna to care for mentally retarded and physically disabled patient that need care around he clock The staff is not professional limited communication skills and knowledge of careing for their patients did discharge procedures The reason I gave them one star because I wouldn't be able to give this valuable information I'm sure the ones that gave more than one star are family members of the owners
