I am not even sure if the Pharmacy deserves a one-star. I am beyond disappointed with this experience. Prescriptions were not even filled. An utterly complete waste of time. A time that I can never get back. I am certain any place except here will be a much better experience with the lead pharmacist and staff.
I came to pick up pictures. There were 5 associates behind the photo counter but they had a sign out saying go to the front cash register to get photo help. After waiting in line they told me they could actually help me at the photo counter. After Giving me my pictures they told me I would have to go back to the cashier to check out. I said no and they checked me out at the photo counter after putting my foot down. RIDICULOUS. And I am 90% sure that 1 of the associates was the manager. They were not willing to help when needed.
This Walgreens is the management issues. If a customer wants to speak with the manager he will tell staff he is no there, leaving the CSA to deal with it. I have brought food items that was expired b=not by a day or so but 1 year later, and it is still on the shelf. I took pictures of it, I try to explain the the manager they should be using the FIFO but he told me I should not question the way he runs his store, He has shift leads that are very incompetent with the exception of one. I hear customers complain about this being the worst store. That is not a good fit for an organization that is this big. There is no equality in this store. Corporate should take a real good look in to this store and the way it is being managed. I gave it 1 star because it would not let me do none,
Sensational! I recently visited this Walgreens, I n Dacula and I was beyond please with the service received at the Pharmacy and the Photo Department. The cashiers were very nice, courteous, and were also willing to help.
Absolutely the worst run Walgreens I have ever seen. In the past five months they have literally messed up my prescriptions each and every single month. Last month they sent my prescription to Michigan and tried to say my doctor sent it to that clinic. This month I drop off a prescription on Thursday, get told it will be filled on Monday and I breathe a sigh of relief that I went in a couple days early. It's now Wednesday and it still wasn't refilled. I call and they say it's been on the shelf since Monday. Funny how I can get notifications I'm near a Walgreens and what deals are at the store but I can't get notifications that my meds have been addressed. Walgreens used to be a place I trusted and now I just wait with hated breath to see how they're going to mess up again.
I am a recent kidney transplant recipient, and had my anti-rejection meds FedEx'd to this location for pickup, since it's a specialty medication that needed to be special ordered from Walgreen's Specialty Pharmacy at Piedmont Transplant Center. I must stress, these are meds I need to stay alive. Even being late for a dose would bring about the rejection of my new kidney. When the meds arrived, apparently an employee put the package in the OUTGOING FedEx, and immediately sent them back to the sorting station. It took two days and HOURS on the phone to sort out. I understand that mistakes happen, and nobody is perfect. but to me the WORST offense was the Manager who refused to put on a face mask when I requested- even after I told her I was a recent kidney transplant recipient on immune suppressants and with essentially no immune system. It was my intent to wait safely in the car, but my assistant was getting nowhere, trying to figure out why the package we were notified was ready for pickup wasn't there. This Walgreens put my health and well-being in jeopardy, in several different ways. Some would argue they jeopardized my life. I represent over $120,000 in revenue for Walgreen's these meds cost $10,000 per month. I would expect to be treated better, and to be able to depend upon them. This was my last straw with Walgreen's. I will be transferring my prescriptions somewhere else. I'm done. Walgreen's was once my go-to for everything I needed, healthwise. But it's gone WAY DOWNHILL, and completely disregards their customers needs. I've tried several different locations, and the story is the same, with each.
01/2022 DRIVE-THRU experience: covid test, just didn't seem like the friendliest of exchanges. I was nervous & scared of passing germs to staff. I know staff are NOT medically trained, but they are customer service trained and either "you got IT or ya dont". I know this particular interaction did not, that one day.
If a negative star can be given, that's what this pharmacy deserves! Dropped of a script at 4:10 PM. Told script would be ready at 6:30 PM. Came back at 7:10 PM, waited in line for 20 minutes got to the window at 7:30. Told script wasn't ready to come back in 50 minutes and that I would get a text or t/c when my script was ready. I go back at 9:06 PM, pharmacy CLOSED! The pharmacist was nonchalant and told me to the pharmacy at Five Forks.The tech trying to apologize saying they were slammed and if I didn't get a text my script wasn't ready. Place needs ppl who care.
It never fails that i have some kind of issue every month when filling my prescriptions! Every time! Its either my insurance never is, I call my insurance to verify or its not ready or they can’t locate the digital download! Get it together!! Worst Walgreens ever! I’m over it. Changing my pharmacy.
Horrible. Just released from day surgery. Told it would take 5 hours to fill my prescription. Well past time for my pain medication. Called. They worked it faster but didn't call or text as they said they would. Only gave me a partial prescription for one drug . They should have called. I could have filled it elsewhere. I called every day doe the remainder of the prescription and was told it wasn't in. However my last call revealed the remainder has been there for two days!!! Don't use them for anyone you care about because they don't care
