I recently had an extraordinary shopping experience at Banana Republic that surpassed all expectations, thanks largely to Lisa, the store manager, and Erica, a stellar sales representative. Faced with a complicated situation involving multiple purchases made both in-store and online, Lisa was a standout with her exceptional problem-solving skills, navigating the returns and exchanges seamlessly and efficiently. Her approachability and leadership were evident; she not only solved my issue but also created an atmosphere where every customer felt valued. Her knack for finding quick and effective solutions while maintaining a warm and inviting store ambiance is truly unparalleled. Erica, at the other hand, added to this positive atmosphere with her patience, niceness, and professionalism throughout the experience. The synergy between Lisa's outstanding managerial skills and Erica's courteous demeanor set a new standard for what excellent customer service should be. I left the store not just satisfied with my transactions but also feeling genuinely looked after. Thank you!
Came in to do an exchange and for some reason was not able to lookup my store card with my social. Got the run around with the customer service line and Brie did not call into the internal customer service line once but TWICE and advocated the issue to a Barclays Supervisor. In the end the financial institution advised that the lookup option was not accessible due to the state of my card being reissued and Brie resolved the transaction in the most kind manner. Love this store for the timeless style and quality, but will need to add an impressively helpful and dedicated staff to the list of great qualities!
Convenient to shop at the Banana Republic factory affiliate with Gab, Old Navy, Atlanta, Banana Republic. Friendly employees and management teams. Open their credit card and reward can use in all their store and earn points. When you purchase you get Star Cash also can use later date. I recommend to all my friends and family. Online order can return there. Free Parking garage 7 levels at Fashion outlet of chicago. The store is located at 2nd level in the mall. In the elevator is 3rd level . Dog friendly mall.
place is weird. there was a worker trying to hang some clothes back up and he just walked directly in front of me like 2 inches away from my face. i backed up. maybe say excuse me? also dressing rooms were full of dust on the floors.
Disgusting attitude from Esmeralda, parents went in and told me she couldn’t even speak Spanish to them , horrible management.
They got this one suit that I like a lot. Friendly folk too.
They had good discounts and plenty of variety with a great selection. The dressing room is easy, and checkout is a breeze, especially if you are getting extra discounts with your BR credit card.
We like BR styles and colors. However, like many other BR stores I have visited, this store is also very disorganized. We could not find the size for many of the clothing we liked.
Sabrina at the rosemont location was amazing. She helped me out with a rewards sign up and also was able to guide me into building the perfect outfit for work and overall had the best customer service. I also noticed she also supported her fellow coworkers in finding my products.
One of the store associates Muhamed was rude , but unfortunately he was the only one at the register so there was no-one to complain to.
