Last Call Store at Rosemont

Good experience great prices fantastic selection the sales staff on the floor wasn't very helpful however the cashiers were extremely friendly

Neiman Marcus Last Call closes too early on Sunday 7 p.m. but I could see the prices are high for an outlet.

Great!! The young woman who helped me was super good, she was very attentive and friendly. She should be promoted and given a raise. The store is clean and well designed for you to find the things you're looking for easily.

Very nice quality at reasonable prices. The caliber of goods is above what I would expect for most department stores. Neiman Marcus is still a name I can trust to provide me with the best cost to quality ratio of any chain.

Plenty of stylish merchandise. Much of which has never been sold in the mothership NM stores. Shrinking selection of high-end designer goods has me going FAR less often.

Located in Fashion Oulet Mall in Rosemount. Nice store setup. Usually you can find some good deals like in some cases 50% off items. This store can also be used to pick up items from their website.

It's clean and pleasant. The bargains are not really bargains. Stuff is all marked down but still ridiculously expensive in most cases, at least for menswear.

My siblings were sitting down waiting for me and my mom to be done looking at the shoes and one of the workers rudly yelled at them to get off and started making a huge deal about it, as if they were taking up a lot of space, which they were not. Me and my mom got so upset we didn't even want to continue shopping there, they did not deserve our money after treating my siblings like that.

I have been shopping at Last Call for few years but only recently encountered problem - heel of my new Manolo Blahnik booties broke off while walking at work after only couple months of wearing them. I have tried to reason with customer service online and over the phone but kept getting same answer: “no returns or refunds beyond 30 days”, even if merchandise is defective! Cobbler can’t fix it as metal shift inside broke.

I'm younger and make less money than Neiman's target audience but I thought I would give their outlet store a shot. The brands are there but they're all still out of my price range at only 30% off. Sales staff were present but none gave me the time of day, even after inspecting a Burberry watch in a glass case from all angles I guess I look like I can't afford it, I probably can't but don't know for sure since I wasn't allowed to see the price tag.
