True Religion

The service needs to improve. You don't get greeted upon entry. Nobody asks if you need assistance. We had to find the employees which were standing in the front talking, and it felt like we were bothering them when we did that. I just could care less about shopping in the store. I would rather take my chances shopping online the service is better. It's me assisting me.

They lack in customer service. The workers are rude and disrespectful. I asked to try on a pair of pants the girl said they didn’t have my size the next person ask for the same size same pants and they where given to her . She must’ve thought I was broke or something. I called the Supervisor and she said she would have taken care of it I went back to the store experienced the same disrespectful service. The have a really nice True religion in Miami Don’t waste your time here .

Great customer service very friendly loved it love to hear more about the sales promotions that are going on at the time but other then that they get a five from me. Also Clean and very neat store easy to find stuff.

Great prices and even better customer service. Dianna Was very inventive, made sure all my questions was answered and great positive attitude. I will be coming back soon and hope to see her there.

My favorite true religion outlet, live in Wisconsin but always come to this store because they always carry deals than all other outlets around. Customer service is great and they have more varieties. Will recommend

Love coming to the store great staff very friendly. Great selection lots of sizes. Nice and clean store no clutter.

Not happy with I bought 2 pair of short jean size 32 when i got home one of them 33 too big for me Came back to store for exchange size 32 but they donn't let me exchange Not shop here no more Guys make sure check all yur stuffs before leave the store if not ???

Is it bad when the manger gives bad customer service they need me management terrible service their was one young man worker he was great but the manger
