I had a fantastic experience at the Gucci outlet. Gucci is undeniably a super brand, and my recent visit only reaffirmed that reputation. I purchased a stunning wallet and a beautiful ladies' scarf, both of which exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and style. The staff at the outlet were exceptionally helpful and attentive, making my shopping experience all the more enjoyable. Their knowledge and willingness to assist made a significant difference. Additionally, I was impressed by the outlet's interior decoration. It was tastefully designed and creating a sophisticated shopping environment. Overall, my visit to the Gucci outlet was a delightful and satisfying experience. I left with not only exceptional products but also a positive impression of the brand's commitment to quality and customer service.

Awesome customer service! Purchased for the first time in March and went back again this past month to purchase again. We had Alexander help us both times and he got us what we asked to try on and was super helpful, but also not pushy! A perfect experience buying Gucci for my first time.

Had a drink in my hand, prior to entering the guard told me no drinks were allowed. I sent my drink outside and came back and the guard said I can’t leave a drink in front of the store. She was unpleasant and rude. Horrible store policy as well. Gucci just deterred a couple thousand dollar sale by not allowing me to set my drink outside! Inside I understand, but outside too?

Very rude, no customer service, very judgmental. I don’t like to dress up on my days off from work. Came in a solid 30 minutes before close so I understand their frustration but to vocalize it in front of your client is very unprofessional and very rude especially if you are spending that amount of money on a product. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m thinking about returning the product I bought just to buy it from a different store.

There’s a new security guy who does not know what he is doing. The black guy is the only one who knows how and when to let people in. Never had a problem waiting in line before until the new guys showed up, now we are waiting by the door to be let him for 20 min while the store is empty. One star for the new security guy.

I gave a one star but they don’t even deserve one star, no stars. I purchased a bag in June and it was damaged. They sold me a damaged bag, that’s crazy! I’ve been calling non stop to obtain a return shipping label as I don’t live in the area and have not received one. So I guess the only way to get my refund is to travel back to Chicago and drive 40 mins to the store. Never will I ever buy from them again, never!

There's a new Gucci store in the Rosemont Fashion Outlets of Chicago Mall. Actually, it's the same store, they just moved to another space. They were located right in the middle of the mall on the second floor. Recently, since before Christmas, there is a huge line to get into the store, even before they open. The line would be blocking the aisle and making social distancing impossible. I believe that they moved the store in order to alleviate the traffic jam. The new store is also slightly larger, and the front of the store is more open and visible. The merchandise that is displayed in the windows is highlighted attractively and easy to see. The front of the store showcases the purses and shoes, while the back of the store features the clothing. I'm not a big fan of Gucci, and have only been in the store one time, but it seems to be a true outlet store. I found a few defects in the stitching on some of the purses, and the one dress I liked was made out of paper thin material and the hem was sewn crooked. Yes, the prices are lower than you would find at a regular Gucci store, but, inspect the merchandise carefully before you purchase. I would suggest to get to the mall early and be prepared to wait in line, as there is a limit to how many people are allowed in the store at one time.

I usually don't like the experience of shopping at outlet stores but it was my lucky day today as I have got a great sales associate Suzane... she was so helpful and made me pick find everything I was looking for! Thanks a lot Suzane!

I don’t know what’s the deal but waiting an hour just to go inside and pick up my stuff it’s not nice. COVID 19 trying to protect your costumers? I don’t think so. Just see the line 50-60 people waiting right next to each other.I don’t think so! The employees are watching the line all the time and making sure is bigger. I think this was my last time here.
