Love this location so much!!... they home made the strawberry chocolates for You!!.. what else can you ask for? ....the chocolate selection and the gift selection are awesome, I recommend this place 100%!!
High quality chocolate brand. A little bit pricey but worth it
The ladie hue helped me was super and very helpful, highly recommended this godiva.
While shopping I stopped by Godiva since there was a lady by the window making chocolate covered strawberries and I just wanted some. I came in and the lady was nice and patient, letting me know the different prices, I got the strawberries and the two other ladies at the counter were also pleasant and signed me up for their reward program and got other chocolates to go as well. It was a good experience all together and the price is fair since the chocolate is pretty good. Will stop by.
I was craving ice cream and decided to go to Godiva since I wanted ice cream rich in chocolate. I came around closing time and one of the associates let me in. I ordered an ice cream swirl cone and left to sit at the cafeteria. I noticed it was sour compare to the many times I’ve tried it at Woodfield mall and I went back to ask for a refund. The associate that served me let me know that no one else had complained and for me to visit another time, even though I let her know I live far from this mall. Obviously, I won’t come back just for an ice cream cone but it was a waste of money since it cost $7.73 and I am upset that I did not get a refund or even a gift card. It’s a waste of money and I am very disappointed.
Uh, chocolate heaven. I half expected to see God sitting in his chocolate throne, after entering the chocolate gates to this divine place. The chocolate here is so amazing and likely to send you into an insulin induced coma, unless you possess a level of self control, which I do not! Sugary, chocolatey, sweet goodness all around! You are meet with the smells from outside as you attempt to walk by, but they lure you like enchanting sirens. Good luck leaving this place without a belly ache and a dent in your wallet, Godiva is not cheap!
Love coming in Godiva especially when it's holiday season. Chocolate is a great gift for family & friends . My mom loves the dark chocolate covered strawberries from here. The employees are nice and every helpful if needed.
This was actually my first time visiting the mall in Rosemont. One of my first stops wa's Godiva Chocolates. It was like walking into chocolate heaven they were making chocolate covered strawberries and shish kabobs when we walked in. I made my way over to the counter to get all of the fabulous new flavors that they hadn't truffles. It was a wonderful experience and the sales people were very nice and informative.
Very very bad experience! I went there on Valentine's day and I felt like I was being watched on top of being rushed to get what I wanted and leave. First thing was when I came in the lady asked what can she help me with and I responded by telling her I am going to look around of course cause it's valentine' s day so I have to look around to see what I want to get. So, not even a minute later the lady rushes over to ask what can she help me with. Then I picked what I wanted and as she's on the register and I'm still looking around she asks is there something else I can help you with and I tell her I'm just looking to see if there's anything else I want. Then as she was getting my order ready and I told her I wanted another box she kept looking at me while I was just looking around. Then she said ok this is your total and was kind of mad I took too long just looking around. I felt like she thought I was going to steal something and she wanted me out of the store ASAP so she wouldn't have keep watching me. Very unprofessional and rude customer service.
Chocolate of the highest quality with friendly customer service of equal measure! This store is a treat to walk through while exploring the mall.
