My nurse Dayla was the best! I had a few nurses during my stay but the is the one that deserves all the recognition possible! She always made me and my family feel comfortable. I felt like she did her best to make my son and I a priority! She was so sweet. I’m thoroughly impressed by how kind she is. I 100% recommend her for any moms going through labor and delivery.

Everyone was great! From the front desk staff, nurses, doctors, anesthesiologists, and everyone in-between. They made me and my family feel so comfortable and kept us informed with everything. They are so caring and go out of their way to make you feel important and not just another patient. You get all the one on one attention you need. Even the meals were great! 5 stars all the way.

My 23 month old Daughter, had 2 MRI’s scheduled at BSA. All the staff was very helpful and understanding as it is not easy for a little one to go through this. One of the nurses even used his own phone to help keep her calm. As a Mother, I was extremely emotional during the process but the Staff was helpful explaining everything as the testing was done. Thank you BSA Staff

Quail Creek Surgical Hospital is where I just had my surgery, and everything went smooth and without any problems. The staff was friendly and professional. One man even got up from his lunch to voluntarily escort us to the proper place when he saw us looking around. I always felt like I was safe in the hands of knowledgeable, experienced RNs, as they confidently moved through their tasks with ease. I always choose BSA facilities because I know the quality of care I will receive there.

Well, I didn't die. The surgery took twice as long and only got half the job done. Total bill was more money than I've made/could make in 4 years of any job I've ever had, even with the discount for being self-payuninsured. Doctors, surgeons, and nurses don't seem to communicate as none of them seemed to be able to tell me the same thing. The Care Teams once in the room were the saving grace and light of the stay...as they were considerate and awesome people.

I used to work on 5AB at BSA and then I quit at my 4 months due to horrible morning sickness and my own health. my husband and I decided that we wanted to have my baby here. BSA was and still is home to me. On 10/01/22 I arrived at BSA and left 10/05/22. All the nurses&pcts that took care of me from those exact dates I appreciate them so much, especially the lactation specialist. I couldn’t have trusted anyone more than the nurses on the 3rd floor. They were all so caring and supportive. I couldn’t have done it without them. I’m glad my sweet girl was born here. My first baby. If I ever have another sweet baby I’ll be sure to come back. No matter where I am. This is home. Thank you BSA.

Everyone went above and beyond when dealing with me. I was in town because my friend of over 40 years wasn’t going to live much longer. I fell, fracturing my ankle, and went to Urgent Care. Because I’d had my first heart problems the month before, they instantly got in touch with the hospital because it was beating too fast. They were waiting for us when we arrived at the ER and I immediately got in. After tests and x-rays, I was admitted to MICU only part that hurt was my ankle. After a night and many tests later, I ended up in room 526. My friend’s memorial was on Tuesday morning and everyone did all they could to get me out in time, including the doctor. It didn’t work and I missed it. I couldn’t have asked for more caring, personable people to take care of me, even though I was devastated about missing the service and not happy.  They never lost their professionalism. BSA has always been the best and I thank God I was in my hometown and among people who cared.  Only negative thing—the patient food is HORRIBLE!  It didn’t matter I was on a special diet, it definitely could have been much better.

The nurses were great for the nights I stayed there made it where I felt comfortable when I was minutes from delivering. The doctor who was on call for delivery was so kind and arrived around 4 something Thursday morning and delivered at 5:03AM. The nurses worked quickly to get me prepared for delivery. I am thankful for those nurses and doctor.

Most of the staff was happy to assist and direct me. Dr. Garcia is the best doctor I have had in 64 years. She respected me, treated me with concern and kindness. She was very knowledgeable. The world needs a whole lot more Dr. Garcia's. A 10!!!!!

While the staff are nice for the most part, the fact that you have to sit in the waiting room for hours on end is absolutely insane. I can't believe it takes over six hours of a hospital stay, just for a simple pregnancy test. I do understand being short staffed, but it's still no excuse to keep people waiting all day in a waiting room, when all together it would have been less than two hours to get everything done all at once. I will do everything I can to go elsewhere.
